Ordered broken rice platter…was served dry regular rice, also missing the egg quiche. Booth chairs were slanted.

Ordered a large pho chin dac biet, which is special No. 17, here. Thought it was decent. The food came out incredibly quick which is appreciated. Also ordered extra noodles to be even more full. There were quite a few other customers dining in on a Thursday evening when we went.

Did an Ubereats order. Same 3 dish, all 3 dishes under cooked. I called to ask if there’s anything to do, they said go through ubereats. We order here all the time, a shame.
The best pho I've had in northeast Philly. It's always good, never a bad meal here. Definitely recommend coming here for pho

15 dollars for pho for one person, came with hard rectangular noodles and not your traditional rice noodles. Broth was very clear and yellow, the noodles were almost impossible to get tender even with re-cooking them twice. Terrible
I ordered soda with egg. It was very water down, tasted like club soda. I asked the front cashier if they can re-make it please. The waitress came back to the table and said that’s how she makes it and if I ever eat here before? I replied I usually go to the one at Adams and it doesn’t taste the same. She said if I don’t like the drink then don’t order it. I told the waitress if you don’t know how to make it, it’s fine and I’ll order something else. Waitress said I put 2 eggs, a drop of condense milk and 90 percent club soda. I told her at this point, why didn’t I order just a club soda? She walked away. There was 2 flies flying around our table the entire time we ate there. Never coming back again. All this time, the restaurant manager never came back to check on us or asked if our food or drinks are okay or not.

I ordered food from Ubereat, but they only delivered one portion and asked me to place another order. Then they refunded me the money and a driver delivered it again. But they didn't refund me. They charged me twice

We are so glad to have a vietnamese restaurant opened close by. It is our to go place, and they never disappoint. The service is always so great and attentive, and they always provide me with a bowl and scissors for my little one.
The food never disappoints. My toddler loves their Pho and is one of the point thing he actually eats a bowl of when we are out.
Parking: There is plenty of free parking but because the area has been built up, it's just been busier.

I got a large 17, which is pho with brisket, flank, and tendon. They didn’t skimp out on the noodles or protein. It felt like the size was actually an extra large. The broth was flavorful and beefy. After completing my meal, I felt very satisfied and stuffed. This is a good place to go for pho, if you don’t have the time to spend hours making it yourself.

Our visit to this Vietnamese restaurant proved unsatisfactory. Despite the staff's best efforts, the food failed to meet our expectations. The pho broth was found lacking in flavor and my wife's pork chop dish was unremarkable. To add to our disappointment, the portions were surprisingly small. We do not intend to return to this restaurant.

We ordered some food to go. When I arrived to pick up the order, I was handed only one big bag of food and I left without thinking about it. Ten minutes later, the restaurant called me and informed me that they forgot to give me the other bag. I had to drive back to the restaurant to pick it up. The staff didn't apologize or acknowledge the mistake; they just gave me a look as if it was my fault. I understand that restaurants can be busy, but when I walked in, I noticed that only 5 tables were occupied.
But that's not the real issue we had. The whole office that ordered had diarrhea . We ordered pork over rice and bun bo Hue.

A few minutes after I ordered, I was alerted that the menu is inaccurate for #76, Bun Dau Hu: Tofu & Lemongrass Vermicelli. There's no lemongrass. Ok. At least I was told in time to get something else. I swapped #76 for Pho Chin, Well Done Brisket Pho. I also ordered #2, Goi Cuon (2): Summer Rolls w. Shrimp & Chicken and #5, Nem Nuong Cuon (2): Grilled Ground Pork Rolls. I think I now understand why the items get only a brief description and there are no pictures on the menu.
The summer rolls each had a sliver of shrimp—not a whole shrimp or even a half. (These slivers weren't fully cleaned/deveined.) Each had a very tiny piece of chicken. At least 80% of the summer rolls was iceberg lettuce, with a few noodles, shrimp slivers, and a tiny piece of chicken. There were no other vegetables, e.g., carrots, that one would expect in a summer roll.
The Nem Nuong Cuon, grilled ground pork rolls, were likewise disappointing. If the pork was grilled, it wasn't apparent. Like the summer rolls, these grilled ground-pork rolls were nearly all lettuce, each with a small piece of some sort of ground meat.
The included sauce containers were only half full. The beef pho broth was so thin that no one would guess it wasn't a well-strained chicken broth.
We’re not unfamiliar with Vietnamese food, and it’s always been great elsewhere. If I'd only ordered one item, I could imagine that there was a fluke. When nothing is good, it's not a fluke.

So I’ve been coming here since they open they have opened they have good pho and spring roll (shrimp). I mainly do take away I mean all the time however the last time I went there was a little insect in my food I didn’t want to make a big deal because it was the first time it has ever happened. However we went to dine in I pull the gentleman to the side to let him know what happened ( I don’t want a discount or anything just wanted to let them know because I come here a lot) this man looked me in my face and told me “we don’t serve that” I’m like what serve “pho” I’m trying to explain to him I don’t want a discount but don’t call me a liar.
