For the previous reviewers, if you order takeout pho you gotta know that you need to heat up the broth in general for it to cook the raw meat. Broth would be scalding hot for your hands if you wanted it hot enough to cook it. Pour it in a pot and heat it up. Or pop it in the microwave. When it’s about to boil, pour the broth into the bowl/over the raw meat. That being said, the broth was unfortunately lacking in flavor. I felt I needed to put a ton of hoisin and sriracha. But the ratio was great! Maybe will give it a second try or try the banh mi

Hands down the most horrendous customer service experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. As soon as we walked in we felt hostility as if we were inconveniencing the guy for being there, like we were a burden. This should’ve been our sign to leave. We brought our food to our seats and brought the dishes back when we were done. There was no service.

During our meal, a couple walked in wanting to dine in (45 mins before closing and 2 seats open). The guy literally told them they couldn’t dine in because they close at 10 and they needed time to clean up. The couple left. Are you joking?? Be so for real. We rushed to finish our food and left after hearing this interaction.

I would’ve honestly let all this slide if the food was good. We got pho and al pastor tacos. Do not get the tacos. Pho was ok. Also we only got one slice of lime for 2 bowls of pho.

If this was the last place on earth with food, I’d rather starve to death. Save your time and money and go eat literally anywhere else. If this is on your list of places to try, I’m begging you to go eat at any other pho restaurant.

Ordered plain pho with spring rolls. There was an after taste on both that wasn’t quite sitting well with me in the pho. The sesame oil overpowered the spring rolls. They were also a bit hard when biting into.

The pho came with raw beef and lukewarm broth, so it never cooked the meat. I am surprised they aren't putting the meat in the broth at the restaurant for food safety reasons. The pho didn't come with any of the normal fixings either: NO thai basil, NO jalapeno, NO bean sprouts, NO hoisin sauce, NO sriracha. I also ordered the crispy pork egg rolls, which were surprisingly doughy. Don't waste your money.

Ayyy not bad. Pho here isn’t that great but I’m pleasantly surprised by the banh mi’s. I had the shrimp and pork belly recently and they really hit the spot.

I ordered the pork banh mi, it was soggy and dripping with something unnatural. The meat was of a fast and cheap grade and far from authentic.
I should have known from the smell of the place when I entered.

Guess I haven’t been here in a year since I just learned they’re doing tacos too! I was so impressed - the Al pastor tacos and the blistered jalapeño pepper that comes with it - so good! I hadn’t found a good taco spot in the Rittenhouse area and this might be it.

I'm from a city famous for the best Banh Mi in Vietnam. The Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich) here is bussin, reminding me of home. Highly recommend! If you even want it more authentic, just remove the jalapeño lol...

This was one of the worst 'restaurants' I've ever been to in Philly. If this is the best Vietnamese you've had in Philly then I feel deeply sorry for your palate. When I entered it smelled like really old fry oil inside. I got the pork vermicelli platter + 1 spring roll. Inside the cold takeout bag was pork that looked, felt, and tasted like the sole of a shoe. The spring roll was the most edible part of the meal and was definitely from frozen. The vermicelli was totally overcooked and unpleasant. Somehow this inedible meal cost $16. I threw away 90% of it. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
