Awful experience. I was so excited for this pho. They told me 10 minuets which seemed fast to me. But I got my food which I paid almost $20 for . And when I got home it was incorrect. Items were missing and I was frustrated. Rightfully so, I just spent 20 bucks on my dinner and it’s incorrect. So I call up . Then the associate starts disputing with me ON THE PHONE , and hangs up and says he’ll call me back. After saying he could only refund me cash when I paid with my card. 30 minuets later I get a text from them , a new associate asking me about what was wrong. Unbelievable. I tell him and then he tells me that I am wrong. And that the chef is certain he is right- when he is not. I asked for extra tripe instead of meatballs and they gave me the toughest tendon I’ve ever eaten. And finally ended with they’d give me a refund if bring the meal back into the shop. I will not be coming back here. That’s for sure. And I wouldn’t reccomend you to come here either. It’s really poor service for my first visit. And really dissatisfied with my food overall

So we came in and they sat us at the very first booth by the door. Waited 20 minutes before the waitress came over. We ordered shrimp rolls, lamb chops, general tsp, short rib pho and grilled chicken pho. Ok, order placed. I was sitting the opposite side of my son and I hear him say, mom it’s a roach crawling on the bench. Lo and Behold a pregnant roach crawling on the bench next to me. We kindly cancelled our order and bounced 😡

My favorite place for Phõ 🍲 I dined alone the other day, sat in a both and enjoyed the atmosphere. I usually have my order to go. I really enjoyed sitting in the restaurant. I Tried the short rib Phõ, 5 stars ⭐️ one of the best in Pennsylvania!! I usually order the grilled chicken Phõ with a side of veggies. 🥦 also try the salted lemonade!
