Trying this place we were in the area. I did read someone reviews talking about “the waiter was in the bad mood” I think our waiter was the waiter that the person mentioned about. He did seems cold and not friendly.. didn’t see any warm welcome smile but he still did what he need to be done. Probably that his actual personality, as long as he didn’t being rude or nasty with the service I’m ok. The spring rolls usually came out super hot everytime we ate in every Vietnamese place, but in here came out warm. They might had this on hot box ready to go or quick refried them not sure, the taste was good. My husband had meatballs pho and I had pork banh mi. The soup was pretty good but I didn’t really like the banh mi that much.

We got the chicken pho and the #38 beef pho delivered and both were very good. The portions were very large (I'm not sure why some reviews on GrubHub said they were small, don't listen) and it was all fresh and tasty. Both pho orders had a lot of meat in them and the chicken was flavorful (which sometimes is hard to get when in broth). We also got the grilled pork rolls and they were good. We will come again.

I had never had Pho before and my partner was excited to bring me and try it out. It was so different from what I was expecting but also very delicious and light. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was easy and enjoyable to relax and enjoy my meal. I do wish I had room for dessert or coffee at the time though. Next time!

Used to be a frequent customer. Never again. Soup was inside the bag, the bag was tied, this is clearly a restaurant problem. The person isooke with was very rude, blamed the driver, and kept saying she cant help/ and thats not her fault. Its.difficult to blame the driver when the bag was tied tightly. Customer service is awful. I offered to pay for a new one, she said she still wanted me to call doordash who only refunded a portion of the cost. Needless to say, Horrible experience while ill. NEver again.

I was reluctant at first due to multiple reviews about “bad service” but I experienced very good service. The waitress was very attentive, it was clean, and everyone was very nice.
The food is very good and nourishing! The atmosphere is also nice as well.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The food was disappointing. the meat was overcooked, and they didn’t have the standard sauces I use at every other pho restaurant. The service was even worse. It was honestly the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The owner, in particular, was incredibly rude. Despite the restaurant being completely empty, she rushed me to order and made the entire experience uncomfortable.
I always tip for service, but this time I chose not to because the service didn’t warrant it. The owner then demanded a tip, which was completely inappropriate. When I explained that tipping is earned through good service and respectful behavior, she caused a scene.
I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism, and I will never spend a single dollar at this place again.
