I came here for the first time today (July 21 at 1 PM), and wow, this place blew me away. The food was phenomenal and packed with flavor, but what really made my visit unforgettable was the service.
From the second I walked in, the entire staff was all smiles, friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. I wish I remembered the name of the bald waiter who helped me because he was AMAZING. Not only did he walk me through the menu (as a first-timer), but he also showed me how to properly use the dipping sauces. Super helpful without ever making me feel awkward or rushed.
When I asked for my food to go, he even gave me extra rice to take home! And get this, I accidentally almost left with their water cup, and instead of making it weird, he handed me a to-go cup of water without me even asking. That’s top-tier hospitality.
You can tell the team here really cares and works hard. I left full, happy, and seriously impressed. I’m already planning my next visit. If you’re thinking about coming, DO IT. You won’t regret it.
Also the music was very peaceful!

The food was the best Vietnamese I’ve had in the city. The pho broth is rich and very flavorful. I’ve also had the pork…59 in the menu and it’s excellent. Service is slightly chaotic, but not really an issue. I highly recommend this spot and will become a regular customer

advertised $9.99 for deluxe Pho for dine-in and cash, but 'computer glitch' always charges you more. Also if you point it out before-hand, the server is instructed to leave out basil leaves or something else. 12/22/2024. Pointing to the banner that says "$9.99 deluxe pho for dine-in" and saying that I need the deluxe pho deal is 'asking' as far as I understand. Then when I question the exracharge your mother gives me excuses like 'Its only for dine in ', its only for cash' etc when I just had a dine-in pho AND paid cash. I did not take notice about the extra charge until I thought about it for a few minutes and asked about it.I dont have this problem with the Latina waitress when she is working. So.... its not about bad training of employees this time.

Would give this zero stars if i could, I decided to give this place a try despite the bad reviews and I wish I would’ve listened. Not only was it EXTREMELY unorganized the workers were all uncoordinated and confused, I had a bad feeling about the food but wanted to give it a chance, I got home and to my surprise I find a BUG in my pho, save yourself the trouble and do not come here.

please please please do not come here, this place deserves to be shut down I had an awful experience with this place. The food was completely unhygienic and made me sick shortly after eating it. It's clear that cleanliness and food safety are not priorities here. I would strongly advise others to avoid this establishment if you care about your health. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.
Bad review, rubbish store, very bad attitude, took the order home without putting the food in, opened it and saw that there was no side dish in the locomotive, called over the phone and they didn't ask if you want it, I will definitely not go there next time
