Came here for my first time about 3 weeks ago. The service and staff was pleasant, and friendly. The food was great. Hot and fresh. I would have given 5 stars but had to go to 4 because there arent that many vegetarian options on their menu. Other than that, this spot is great for Pho!

Went with family, pretty good food overall and worth a stop. I got the beef balls pho, some spring rolls, and my family got a mix of vermicilli, pho, and rice meals.
Small cozy place with a clean interior (very important for a restaurant!!) and nice people. Not in the south philly area often but if I am again and I need a quick reasonably priced meal, I’d head here.

I think the meal tastes and service pretty good. Also, amazingly fast, cause it's only few of us in the restaurant at the time. Nice pitstop by the airport is so purfect spot on our way home. ?

The spring roll with peanut sauce was delicious! My sister and I each ordered a bowl of soup, added the vegetables from the plate and found a fly on the vegetable plate. They refused to bring us new soup and veggies and they offered a $5 discount. My sister finally talked them I to only charging us for 1 bowl instead of 2. The bubble tea was yummy!

Food is good but kitchen has some hygiene issues. Found 3 hairs in my pho. Soup always tastes good but Vietnamese guys go bald too.

On my last visit to Philly, I stumbled upon Pho Saigon, and it was a pleasant surprise. The food was absolutely delicious, with all the staple dishes you’d expect from a great pho spot. What truly stood out was the coconut water – refreshing and perfectly complementing the meal. If you're in Philly and craving some top-notch pho, this place is definitely worth a visit.

Came for lunch with a large group and ordered the beef rib pho (which was one of their specials not on the regular menu). The beef rib was huge and perfectly cooked. However, the broth was bland and the noodles were overcooked which gave a weird aftertaste.

This is the place that I first tried Pho many years ago and it is just as good now as it was then. My favorite is No. 69
Their Pho is tasty and hard to beat. Today's grilled shrimp with broken rice is of the same genre.
Food is tasty. Turn off half the light before we finish eating bc 10 minutes left to close. We’ll feel better if the waiter directly tell us it’s about to close. Feel kinda being chased away.

I have been eating here for over 12 years and usually the food is great- tonight the broth for the rice noodle soup with white meat chicken was almost too salty to eat. The toppings were also pretty scant. Spring roll vermicelli was good.

We came here at 7:30 PM on a Saturday night and the middle-aged man (I don't know if he's the owner or the manager) was rushing us to get our orders in because the kitchen was about to close. It turns out that they close at 8 PM on Saturday nights. We had no idea that they would close so early on a Saturday night. Also, since the kitchen was about to close, our options were limited. We could not order any fried egg rolls or rice dishes, only dishes with soup. We ordered the summer rolls and some pho. The summer rolls were small, the soup that the pho was in was not hot enough to cook the rare beef, and even though I specifically told the man who took our orders "no onions", there was still onions in my pho and I had to pick them out. This place is way overpriced for what they serve and, worse of all, for the poor customer service. The middle-aged man who took our orders was gruff. When he brought us our check, he did not say a single word, no smile, no thank you, nothing. He also never came back to take my credit card, so I had to go pay up front. I had been wanting to try this place for a while. What a disappointment it turned out to be. I will definitely never go there again. Next time I'm in the neighborhood and want some Asian food, I'll just go to the seafood and sushi buffet next door and I recommend everyone do the same.
