Sadly this place lost their way. I ordered off UberEats. Delivery was fast. Unfortunately two ordered items were missing. The worst part was the Pho. They used to do it well. Now it’s greasy broth that tastes more like made from powder bullion. Extra meat was heavily seasoned that hid any meat flavor. None of this has any resemblance to what they used to do well.

The service is terrible. The old man who works in the kitchen is very disrespectful and gets frustrated very quickly. It is better to take your food and ask nothing because he would get very upset.

The pho and banh mi are decent. Not the best, but not bad either. However, the restaurant itself is very sub par. The tables are dirty. The sauce bottles are crusty. There was a bug on my soup spoon when it was served to me. The self-order machines are the only way to use a credit card but they make you manually enter your CC info which is annoying. The prices aren't even cheap enough to justify any of the self service hassle or the dirtiness. I would go elsewhere.

I meant to go to the place on Chestnut but decided to order anyways. The Banh MI in comparison to what else there is in Philly I would compare to Subway. I ordered Lemongrass Beef Spring Rolls, no good. The beef itself has no flavor, and the sauce is mysterious. Is it peanut sauce? Is it Hoisin? Did they put fish sauce in it? No clue, it's weird and watered down.

Ordered this for take out and it was immaculate! The pho (shrimp pho) was so good and good for my soul! Also had rice and chicken and it was really good! There was spice and it was really good with the rice! I wanted more vegetables like broccot but it was super good 10/10

I get lunch from here all the time and the food is always amazing. My only issue is that the last two times I’ve ordered, my modifications weren’t followed through all the way. I requested no peanuts and received peanuts both times. I’m extremely allergic to peanuts and had to painstakingly remove them from my dish so I didn’t have a reaction. This doesn’t happen often and both times they appeared to be extremely busy but going forward, can you please confirm all modifications are made prior to serving? Thank you.
Dietary restrictions: If you are allergic to peanuts, be aware as the rice vermicelli dishes have crushed peanuts as a topping.
