The pho and banh mi are decent. Not the best, but not bad either. However, the restaurant itself is very sub par. The tables are dirty. The sauce bottles are crusty. There was a bug on my soup spoon when it was served to me. The self-order machines are the only way to use a credit card but they make you manually enter your CC info which is annoying. The prices aren't even cheap enough to justify any of the self service hassle or the dirtiness. I would go elsewhere.
Food was average, probably a little overpriced for what you get. The self ordering system is terrible. I ordered a fountain but they never tell you the machine is broken so I got a water bottle instead, but I actually wanted some soda (they didn't have any)

The worst part was the Pho. They used to do it well. Now it’s greasy broth that tastes more like made from powder bullion. Extra meat was heavily seasoned that hid any meat flavor.
None of this has any resemblance to what they used to do well.
