best pho in the city. flavorful broth and they don't skimp on the meat. my only complaint is that the kiosk is sometimes slow, and i wish they took tap to pay, instead of just swipe/chip.

Pho Street Vietnamese offers a somewhat unconventional dining experience. The location includes an Auntie Anne’s store inside that appears permanently closed, which adds to the unusual ambiance. However, the restaurant itself serves quality pho and is a convenient stop for anyone in the area or attending an event at the Convention Center.

To order, guests should enter through the Arch Street entrance, where they can use one of two self-service touchscreens, as there is no staff member at a front counter to take orders. After ordering and paying via the kiosk, customers simply take a seat and wait for their number to be called. Orders are typically prepared and served quickly.

A personal favorite is the shrimp pho, which comes in a generous portion. The broth is flavorful and comforting, especially satisfying during colder weather.

While the food is commendable, the atmosphere could use improvement. The restaurant often feels empty and quiet, with minimal interaction from staff, who remain in the kitchen. On my first visit, I was accompanied by a friend who felt the space was uninviting and chose to leave. Enhancing the customer experience through a more welcoming environment would be beneficial. For instance, the television screens remain off, and there is no background music, which contributes to a lack of ambiance while waiting for food.

Despite these shortcomings, Pho Street Vietnamese delivers a solid culinary experience. The quality of the food, especially the pho, makes it worth visiting if you're nearby and in the mood for a warm, satisfying meal.

Really good and authentic Pho at a quick serve/ food hall style eatery shared with Auntie Anne's. I gave it 4 stars for the fantastic food alone. Service wise they are efficient and matter of fact. Atmosphere is sorely lacking; we came on Sunday night and it was really deserted feeling and looking. No music either makes it kind of creepy. But the food is good, so meh. 😃

Nom nom nom! 🤪

Food was pretty good thus 4 star, this is a self serve restaurant that the space is shared with one other eatery. Walk in via north entrance will lead you to the menu kiosk(PC), then have a seat. Pick up when your number is called. Drink machine and restroom is to the right of service/kitchen area. If you are near convention center or central Philly and craving for pho, this place will do.

Disgusting food and terrible service. Visited here as our first meal in Philadelphia on vacation and was sorely disappointed. We waited nearly 30 minutes for the burger, only to have it taste like edible cement. It was dry and the black pepper was overpowering. There was no option to take it off the burger when ordering either. The sweet potato fries were unseasoned as well. The Vermicelli salad had burnt meat and the sauce tasted sour and spoiled. We asked for ketchup and watched the staff member run into the back and another staff member come out only to ask "Did you need something?" I would never visit this restaurant again.

Stopped here for lunch while at the convention center for a conference. It gets very busy and there is limited seating. The trays at the trash were also piled extremely high. I understand it was busy but it just felt very crowded and not the most organized. Food was very good though, I got the shrimp pho. Price is great for the portion you receive!

Came here for dinner on Friday night during conference. The food is good at very good price point and great amount of food. It was also very busy because of a conference so the wait was about 30 min to get our food. However, both my friends and myself had bad stomach aches and diarrhea afterwards. It was most likely the bean sprouts.
