My bf is from vietnam and when he misses good home food, we come here!! We’ve tried a good amount of dishes but the ones we recommend are: Banh Canh soup noodle, Mi Quang, Banh Tam Bi, and the Banh Mi with Cha siu. All are very solid choices. The food is authentic, and prices are reasonable. Also the owner is super friendly we love it here.TDLR: It feels like your Asian mom or dad made you a delicious home cooked meal. Would recommend.
Both me and my wife got heavily sick from eating here.Cooks don’t wear gloves from what I was able to see.No soap or paper towels in the only restroom available.Out of so many items in the menu. The server was very nice and trying to provide good service but that was the only positive feedback I have…
Initially worried because of the past Google reviews but was surprised at how good the food came out. This goes to show you that you shouldn’t trust all the reviews you see on here.
Despite reviews prior to me writing mine, it seems they've recovered and the food was very good.
I really enjoy my meal. I had pho ga and have no complains so far.
Thankyou
Dine in: Yes
So as me and my son and sister came into the door and ask for a table of 7 mind you it’s empty they looked at us and denied us a table ! I will never go back and spend my money on them
This small but quaint restaurant surprised me. I read the previous reviews, and it has been on my list to try out for some time. I questioned many of the one-star reviews, and some stated that they had been in other Vietnamese restaurants before.Service: Very good. It is a typical Vietnamese restaurant that ran by elderly folks. You come in, state how many people, you either be seated or get told to sit anywhere you want, the waiter or waitress will bring you the menu and drinks, call the waitress or waiter when you're ready to order, you get your food, and you pay at the counter. They care about the taste of the food and expediency. If you expect the service to be a five-star restaurant, temper your expectations.Food: I order two items: The BBQ pork roll for an appetizer and the Broken Rice Special. The BBQ pork: 4.5/5 stars. You MUST try this item. How is it different from other restaurants? When you bite into the roll, you get hit with flavorful sweet pork with bitterness from the char of the grill and balanced flavor with the rice noodle and lettuce. Now dip the roll into the peanut sauce; you get hit with an umami flavor bomb. The smoke and char flavor gives an outstanding balance to the sauce and separates this dish from other places. The Broken Rice Special: 5/5 stars. You MUST try this dish. There are so many parts to this dish, and if one were off, the flavor profile would not be correct. Every element works for me. You get sweet and salty from the fish sauce, the bitter and smoke flavor from the pork chop's char, the egg meatloaf provides a different flavor texture, the shredded pork skin adds another level of texture without breaking the balance, the pickled carrot and daikon give sour elements to break the fattiness of the pork, the egg provides silky flavor to the mouth, and the vegetable freshness gives you a break from the flavors bomb. Other places would have one or two pieces under-seasoned, but everything works here. This is my opinion, please come and give them a try. I will update my review each time I come back.

Great little spot , initially came in for the restaurant next door however they are now closed. I’m glad we gave this place a chance , the broth was very flavorful and satisfying. Will be back for sure!
The dishes are okay and not really that good. Bún bò Huế (beef noodle soup), the soup tasted sweet but the meet has no taste. Same for chicken, boiled chicken should have been good if they serve it with ginger and mixed fish sauce instead of salt&lemon
Just ordered few Bahn mi and noticed how unsanitary it was. They use gloves to keep their hands clean but had no issue handling money with it on. And yes, they were reusing the gloves. Threw the sandwiches out as soon as I walked out...no way I was eating them and taking a chance.
Was sad to find out our favorite pho restaurant was temporarily closed which is the only reason why we ended up at this new spot next to it. It's a very tiny place that's gets very crowded at the entrance and the employees just sitting around at the front as well. We ordered some pho, spring rolls and rice with fried pork chop.First problem to begin with, they have two versions of their menu which have different numbers. Our table had a mix of the menu so when we ordered by the number, some of our food came out wrong! The guy pointed out they have new menu and "number different". If that was the case, then get rid of the old one!The pho wasn't too bad, but along with the fact that the wrong kind was brought out, the soup was barely hot!! The rice with the pork chop was also so hard my son had to spit it out. The spring roll wasn't that great either as it was stuffed and overpowered by mint and the sauce was too liquid, which I'm pretty sure was supposed to be some kind of peanut sauce. The place was also super hot inside, it seemed as if there was no air circulating and the music they were playing was so loud that we could barely hear each other among our table. This place is only getting business by luck and convenience that the restaurant next door is closed. We'll definitely not be coming back nor do we recommend the place. If you want pho, find somewhere else to go.
Also came for the restaurant next door of this, unfortunately temporarily closed so decided to try this place. Came to order some banh mi and was disappointed with the food sanitation, especially in this pandemic. The banh mi preparation area was for some reason right by the cashier/chairs where people wait, right out in the open? There was no separation from people talking and waving cash right next to it. I was watching my food being prepared and I saw one person wearing one glove, playing with their phone and talking on it and then proceed to use the phone after wearing both glove and then handling the food. I even saw a piece of meat being dropped onto the prep surface (mind that it is probably not sanitary like a typical kitchen) and put right back into the food. The banh mi bread was dry and hard after being toasted too long and there was too much sauce being unevenly spread.
