Was exploring the East Passyunk Ave and landed at Pisstola'a for dinner. I knew they had several versions of ceviche on the menu. Selected the Ceviche Mixto. Plenty of lime juice, heat from Serrano peppers. Served with corn tortilla chips. I like mild to medium spice...this had more heat than I prefer...but I did finish it...very flavorful. Also ordered tortilla soup, also very flavorful. That I could not finish. Just too spicy for me. The chips were super crunchy...I Prefer...
Delicious food, lovely Quizzo, but the portions could be a bit larger for the price. After dinner it wasn't long before I was hungry again. I found that the staff could stand to be more attentive OR at the very least there should have been more staff working especially on an evening as popular as quizzo night. Would definitely go back though.
