I ordered a pizza and some guy who didn’t pay for any order claimed my pizza as his own. I went up to the counter and the staff blamed me for not stopping the thief… excuse me?? Horrible customer service I have not gone back for this reason.

Sigh, don't like to do this as I do like the food,. It's their contracting uber for delivery or corporate bullshit for not contacting me about their delivery service canceling my order and not communicating directly to me why it happened. Just stuck with no food, no apology until contacting the corporate site and no compensation for the issue.

There were 2 customers inside. The entire store was empty but was still asked to wait outside the store. They didn’t even let us wait inside. Mind you, there were 2 customers who were paying. Waited for 15 mins and still they didn’t let us come in. Worst &pizza store ever. Haven’t had such experience ever.
It’s open at 3 am so that’s a huge pro. Besides that super mid.

Then a customer says let the man do his job I hate your kind.Meaning White customers.
I've been in the business for 35 years . professional operator. I never have treated a customer of any color or ethnicity.Stay away from this place they are racist to white patrons and allow there customers to be a certain way towards white customers. I never thought I would say that I'm a very neutral customer and being an operator love for all customers.

Me and my two friends came here on Friday July 19th around 9pm. After &pizza was highly recommended for us to try since we were on vacation and our first time visiting Philadelphia. What immediately struck me when I entered and placed my order was that the staff couldn’t be bothered serving anyone they didn’t have best attitude towards us as customers. Firstly, the young girl took our orders whilst still wearing earphones which is just so unprofessional. Moreover, after finally ordering our pizza we asked to add on two sides of garlic knots when another member of staff appeared and said that they don’t make those after 9pm. Never have I been to get food and they sell / don’t sell based on time. If this is stated on your website or a sign in the restaurant telling customers this then I completed understand however I believe this was made up on the spot by this employee. When we asked why, she replied in such a rude way, her attitude was terrible towards us. When I googled the closing times it clearly stated that they close at 11pm so I don’t understand why we couldn’t order them especially when no explanation was given. Having worked in hospitality before myself, it’s clear that they couldn’t be bothered anymore and wanted to leave early. Ultimately, we are paying customers and expect a certain level of service and respect. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to the staff which is a shame because the pizza are very nice. I recommend they are retrained on customer service as manners and being nice cost $0 it’s free!
