Walked into this place to buy some lunch today and the guy sitting behind the counter couldn’t even bother looking up from his phone to greet me or ask for my order. Legit stood waiting for five minutes for him to finish tiktoking before I gave up and walked out.

The menu has one price and the people charge whatever they feel! I asked about a salad that was 10.50 and they charging 16.50 and going to tell me it’s a miss print but only on the salad and they can change and charge what they want without saying anything! Like what is that then try n tell me they don’t cancel orders

The service was terrible I put in an order and ask for no peppers they put peppers on their argument me down and said that I wanted that I said peppers then they looked again and said that they said that I didn't want peppers on it you know that the one who took my order and stuff was very rude you know argument down and you know spending money at a place I should get what I want and how I want it so that's the bottom line

I am so full and amazed at my cheese steak Thursday night and just now (Saturday). Extra mayo cheese lettuce onions all marinated. Not to mention our order arrived quickly. So quick my mom and I assumed it was a scammed likely lol because we expected another 30 minutes. Food was being prepared while my mom was giving details. This is our spot in the 19119!!!
Terrible Customer Service and food quality has been declining. Every time we would get wings my Tummy would hurt finally figured it must be the oil they use. I usually get pizza deal for giant pizza until an angry worker tried over charging me for using my card, and canceled my order because I said this would be my last meal with them. It's usually $1 extra to use my card. Until today, my order went from $34 to for $44 for delivery then $47 for paying with a card.
