I have been to this place twice. The thing that stood out to me first was the size of the place and that there was no line plus I love going to places for the very first time around the city.
The first time, I saw two gentlemen behind the counter and was greeted. One gentleman asked me what I would like to order : the "lil roni" pizza looked good. I even asked him if he could chop the pizza in half and put it in two separate boxes since I was giving the other half to a friend of mine. There was no problem with that I was happy about this. This pizza hands down was sooooo delicious and crunchy. The tomato sauce is unforgettable. It's so addicting. The facility even have tables and chairs and a bathroom. Yes it was a bit expensive but the taste had me wanting to come back.
The second time , there were two younger ladies who did not greet me at all . I basically had to stare until the young lady came over to take my order. She barely spoke and looked irritated!! When the pizza came out of the oven she didn't even ask me if I wanted toppings, she just put my pizza in the box. I had to tell her what toppings I wanted and it looked like it inconvenienced her. She walked away and didn't even give me my receipt when I saw the receipt I just took it my self!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!!
If I go to get pizza there again and I see these ladies there I will take my money elsewhere. I worked hard for my money and I want to spend my money at businesses that make me feel happy I spent it.
I hope the owner is looking into changing his staff around. I hope they hire people with better customer service. I really don't want to go to another pizza place after work but if I see those two ladies, I'm moving alone!

I’m in Philly on business. It’s a rainy day. I Google pizza near my hotel, this comes up. I placed my first ever Grubhub order. Within about 20-30 minutes the driver calls to confirm where he’s at. I go meet him in the lobby. He takes a pic, and I walk up to my room. He even confirmed my name. I look at the box and then open it. It’s not my order Grubhub can’t help, other than refund the $26.00, which included the driver tip and that is a bummer, mistakes happen. I tried to call the store, and you cannot reach a human. You are directed to answer a multi question survey on a website. Normally I would try to make the best of it. But I cannot eat spicy food. I ordered fresh moz, pepperoni and mushrooms. A beautiful spicy sauce, added buffalo sauce cheese pizza is what was delivered. Sad day.

I will start this off by saying I loved the idea of &pizza and ever since the opening of this store I have come here religiously appreciating the unique sodas and just amazing service but in its current form this location is as far from the original vision as you can get. First of all the soda machine with the unique flavors is gone and has been replaced by a regular coke machine. They usually only have 10 sodas available in can form, the menu seems to not be as vast as it was before. And the people who work here give zero energy or engagement with customers. I am seriously disappointed in what this brand has become and this is one of the very few restaurants I connected with when first moving to Philly. If this lack of good service continues they won’t be lasting long.

Ordered 15 mins ahead and waited 40 minutes after arriving. Most incompetent staff I’ve ever seen at any pizza place in history

I really enjoyed the local vibe of this place. The Maverick pizza in particular was very tasty. Full of meaty goodness and the pesto parmesan sauce put it over the top. Top quality food.

Let’s be honest. It’s very expensive for what you get, especially in Philly, NYC, or Chicago. Its portions are fairly small, the ingredients are fine, and the food is tasty, but it’s expensive. Most local places offer much larger portions for a similar price. But for what it is, the quality is excellent and I think the toppings they offer and variety is where it’s at for most people.

Went all the way there for the order and the guy at the window, callously says these guys are the last two; even though mine was an order that had already been placed ahead of time. This guy just randomly decided to close the place early, while still taking orders...I have no words for how unprofessional that is, based on ethics alone I will never return to this place and I would fire that employee immediately for costing me money as a business owner, while inconveniencing/permanently upsetting customers. Never again.

There’s a guy there named Darren & he’s hands down the most down to earth intelligent employee there. If they took tips I would’ve hooked him up. He’s the only one who took the time to figure out my issue with me online order. He deserves a raise or to be honest, a promotion. He can do much better than the position &pizza has given him. Best of luck to him.

Delivery was cold but can’t blame that on them. That’s on taking an hour to get here.. but the gnarlic knots which are delicious despite not being knots came with a half filled 2oz ramekin for 8 not knots. The heck is this!
Everytime I order delivery they forget something
Hostile retail environment where they overcharged me (fraud) and refused to refund, and then even threatened to fight me over them NOT preparing my pizza and refusing to refund me. Terrible service and place. Avoid this piece of trash place and the hostile cashier.
