There’s a guy there named Darren & he’s hands down the most down to earth intelligent employee there. If they took tips I would’ve hooked him up. He’s the only one who took the time to figure out my issue with me online order. He deserves a raise or to be honest, a promotion. He can do much better than the position &pizza has given him. Delivery was cold but can’t blame that on them. That’s on taking an hour to get here.. but the gnarlic knots which are delicious despite not being knots came with a half filled 2oz ramekin for 8 not knots. The heck is this!

Hostile retail environment where they overcharged me (fraud) and refused to refund, and then even threatened to fight me over them NOT preparing my pizza and refusing to refund me. Terrible service and place. Avoid this piece of trash place and the hostile cashier.

When this place messes up your order for the SIXTH time in two months. As a food service employee I totally understand when accidents happen, we’re human. But when I had ask for them to remake it because of a mistake I had attitude given back. Thank god you can see them make the pizza - this staff would definitely spit in your food if they could! All of them were miserable so naturally I blame management. I had given them wayyy too many chances. The support is awful too. If you order a pizza for delivery and the order is wrong there is no number to call, the store number doesn’t work and if you email you won’t hear from anyone until a few days. I started going here cause it was decent and cheap. Now it’s just as expensive as a large pizza but you get a side of aggravation!

Just waited inside and in line and when I got the the register, they said they were closed. Litterally stood in the line, was inside and it was close to closing but it was 10 min before they close and they took the order in front of me. 0000000

Good food, but the wait was double what the app called for and they didn't use the window. Additionally they don't have seating like other locations.
Overall, not a bad experience. The pizza was absolutely delicious and the food came quickly. The youngsters working there as previously stated several times most certainly need customer service and restaurant hygiene training!

I ordered four Pizzas on 09/03/2023, including two CBR. Unfortunately, they added bacon on my two CBR even though I requested no bacon. The following day, I contacted customer service, but since they were taking too long to get back to me - I went back to the store with the two CBR and they corrected the issue. Customer service also got back to me and said they issued a refund for the two pizzas and dropped a pie on my account. I appreciate the professionalism and diligence with which both the store and customer service handled the issue.

MASSIVE HYGIENE ISSUES. ive seen employees handling their phones/cash/cards with gloves, going back to touch pizzas. also have received non vegan cheese on delivery and pick up orders on multiple occasions meaning i could not eat the pizza. loved the location in boston, but employees here do not careDietary restrictions: consistently mess up dietary restriction orders. avoid
