Easton location. Been coming to this location since they open. Have seen a steady decline in service over the years. Today take the cake on bad service for us and this will be the last time we will be going to at least this location. After they made are pizza they sat wait to be put in the oven as an employee talked on her cell phone for about 5 mins. When they finally placed them in the oven no one watch them and the got brunt. The employee that place them in the oven stated that one was fine but did agree to make is new ones. they then proceeded to make pizza for everyone in line before making our replacement pizza. So we ask for a refund and hopefully I do get a refund as the employee did not seem to know how to do a refund. Note we also asked for a manger who was either hidding in the back or did not exist as we never saw them.

We've gone to Easton location many times. Though we've not been in awhile. This location is so different then it used to be. Firstly they were out of so many things including SAUSAGE. No ice. Staff were flat out rude. I ordered a calzone. They were out of ricotta cheese. I asked for onions and he started to put pepperoni. When I corrected him he left and sent someone else over like he didn't want to deal with me. Horrible service. Took forever and then the calzone was terrible, it was soggy and no crust in the middle. My mom's pizza had hardly any toppings (aside from onions) The restraunt was filthy, trash and plates all over. You could tell the employees didn't care. We will NOT go back. My dad said they'll probably be out of business soon.

Tonight’s service was terrible, no need to go back. First, I ordered a pizza, they started making it, then told me they were out of shrimp, the main ingredient. When i picked something. else they seemed frustrated it was totally different. Then they put the new one together and i had to remind them to put a key ingredient (blue cheese) on. As we finished i didn’t see the stack of boxes so i stepped to the register and waited several minutes while the employees tried on each other’s glasses. There, on the counter where they box pizzas, was a bin of dirty cutters, cleaner and misc things that don’t belong around food. And to top it off every bin was full of dirty dishes. This wasn’t rush hour, it was 7:45 on a Friday and there were 6 other people there. At this rate they won’t be there long.
