Total disrespect from the manager (10pm on 3/30). After making us swipe to say we're getting our food (on 2 Good 2 Go app), which he was really rude about in the first place, he refused to give the food. He was insanely rude to my fiancée, who was picking the food up for me (a disabled person who's literally unable to leave the house), and will never have business from me, my family, or my friends now.

My recent experience at the pizza shop left much to be desired. Not only did they lack basic operational skills and customer service know-how, but the quality of their food was also disappointingly low. The staff seemed clueless when it came to running the counter, resulting in long wait times and confusion among customers. Additionally, the pizzas we ordered were bland and lacked flavor, indicating a lack of attention to quality ingredients and proper preparation. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would suggest the management invest in training their staff and improving the quality of their food to ensure a better dining experience for customers.

Could not ask for a better experience here. Staff is always incredibly friendly and they pay attention to their customers. By the second time I came back, they recognized me. Food is always great too and I highly recommend the rice pudding and cheesecake.
