Easy to find, lousy stuff but fast, good food. I was happy I got in because it's one of the best places to get food from in the area. I got food from different places around nothing like this place. Watch your surroundings and be nice to whoever asks for change, they need it.
I ordered a dinner box and boneless wings last night. The wings were so good, they were cooked perfect and had just the right amount of sauce. The pizza and breadsticks were also greatSometimes this store can be hit or miss but everything was great last night I wish I knew who cooked so I could order on just their days working ?

Customer service is horrible and I mean completely disgusting the girl that answers the phone and tends the register has a very nasty attitude she is beyond rude she used profanity she talks to you like you are annoying her when trying to place an order it’s bad to the point where I often hang up and choose a different pizza store the pizza is also horrible like they just throw anything on the pie and half bake it or over bake it this location needs to be closed it has been bad for a very long time however it’s the closest Pizza Hut to me if it wasn’t close to me I wouldn’t even bother going and spending money there

? a fresh hot individual pizza hut pizza. Gives me the flashback for getting a free pizza for meeting monthly reading goals!! Staff was pretty nice, didn't care for the cashier eating Popeyes chicken off to the left of the register in visible site, but I guess she has no where else to eat and the 3 individuals standing in the back couldn't help anyone on the register or take orders. Young staff should curse less and stop inviting ppl in.

The manager who worked 1/20/2024 was extremely ghetto and unprofessional. She refused to identify herself so I can report her for her disrespectful remarks and horrendous behavior. She is Hispanic and was the manager on this day. I will never order here again because of her.
When I went to pick up the food I ordered I notice the gentleman make the pizza were constantly texting on their cell phone while they were cooking. This is very unsanitary so I'll be making my own pizza at home from now own.

Bad service the store is listed as openit is supposed to be open till “9:45” I called around 7:00 and they first ask me pick up or delivery then I tell them delivery and the lady says they are closed these workers need to be re trained then my disabled father called and they treated him with the same disrespect this is outrageous

They brought us our food quick, fresh and hot. The entire experience impressed me and I've been left thinking about that meal and looking foward to the next time since the moment I finished eating it and my children loved every bit of it and they're picky eaters. A big shoutout and thank you to the 4501 Castor Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19124, Pizza Hut. Unfortunately, I don't remember the delivery driver's name but he was very nice and professional. My entire family is grateful for the excellent service.
