This is the best Pizza Hut. I go out of my way to this one as they’re polite and get my pizza done right.

Forgot some of my order and gave me part of someone else’s order. when I called to get it fixed they told me to go online. talked to a robot that asked for email, phone, my zip code, order number, and the stores zip code 4 times purposely making it difficult to get the refund. it’s now been over a week and I still didn’t get my refund after they stated it would take 5 business days. the pizza was very different from how it was years ago. it really sealed the coffin, I’m never ordering pizza from a chain again.

This place is beyond dirty!!! Everything is absolutely filthy! The soda refrigerator is so dirty, you can not read the labels. The ordering area including the register is greasy and dusty. Great combination. Management should be ashamed of themselves.The floor hasn't seen a mop in months. With that said, I left without buying a pizza and a feeling of disgust for the poor people who order and get delivered without seeing where their pie was made. I will be calling the board of health! I know they will be sited for tons of violations.

Do not come to this location. Store manager threatens her employees and accusing everyone of stealing. When in fact it is the manager that is stealing the employee tips!!? Where are the tips going????? Haven't seen them in months. For the record managers name is Nisha. Tell me how when people close at night the till is over but then when the manager opens in the am the till is short and she tries to make people pay it back or threatens to fire them. When asked for proof of so called theft She doesn't respond. She doesn't know how to talk to people and is extremely rude. She called a mandatory meeting and gave less than 24hrs notice and the one coworker was down the shore and she couldn't make it so the manager took her off the schedule and presumed fired. Everyone has saved all of her threatening texts. We are over it.

Don’t buy anything here I order pizza for delivery and never get it and I call them and they be rude lady up front desk never make my order of the pizza

Ordered at 750 for delivery, nothing at 9pm. Went to the location and my food was still sitting there at 915. Poor . Just a ruined and poor experience. And NO way on the pizza hut app to let us know. On the app it said it would be delivered by 822pm. Meanwhile.it is still sitting there when I drive myself at 915pm. And the driver got a 12 dollar tip for nothing. Never again.

This was the only pizza hut I would order from. It was always right. The last few times it hasn't been good. The last order which was tonight and the pizza was trash. The dough was hard to chew and no sauce. Don't know if it's new staff but it was a complete let down. Won't be ordering from here anymore.
Sorry.. I ordered wings not not breast ( white meat) There's a lot of salt in this food and my order is inedible. I not like what you did for me .

The main point in ordering pizza hut was to get the boneless wings. I ordered a pizza breadsticks, wings, ranch, and did not receive my wings. Terrible.
