And their defense. The workers are swamped because they have to work with doordash Uber eats other apps and the people for the same pay I don't think that's right. And I don't blame them for the service I think perhaps that pizza that had the whole tomatoes on there just wasn't good. Give them a brand new menu and I'm sure that they will make the best product that money can buy

This store needs to be closed idk why it’s even open the service is horrible idk where the manager is but there’s never anyone around to even place an order and please don’t call you will be on hold longer then it takes to go to the market buy the ingredients and make it yourself. The teenager cashier literally just stared at me then finally after we had a staring contest she asked me what did I wanna order all I wanted was a personal pan and guess what guys the store didn’t have any. Smfh parents teach your children to be proud of there job then maybe these kids wouldn’t have such a nasty attitude. Close the doors immediately

I ordered a pizza using the app, it has been over an hour and I have not received it, when I call, the man that answers the phone deliberately and repearedly puts me on hold and refuses to assist me. I have called seven time and have been in hold for OVER 20 minutes. My card has already been charged, i received an email confirming receipt of the order, yet the automated assistant tells me that my “phone number is not associsted with an order”. The service is horrible. They might as well close. First and LAST time. Never again. The person answering the phone should be fired!!!!

Do all the big box stores pizza taste like cardboard with that fake artificial cheese that stinks or is it just this one franchise. I swear ? what do they make the cheese out of dead feet skin & stale Doritos yeesh?

Honestly the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to in my life. It’s not even the pizza it’s the WORKERS speci. They have a major attitude problem. The bigger dude that was there was nice , but the manager and the young lady cashier were the worst I experienced in my life. I will never step foot in that store again because of them and I love Pizza Hut and it’s the closest to me. I hope they change their ways but they lost a Pizza Hut lover. I honestly rather go to dominoes now they’re closer and friendlier

I'm not complaining to much about the place ...I'm so PISSED OFF!!!!! The food was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I wasted my darn money We would have made out better getting Chinese food What happened to the good old pizza hut with the buttery crust? it was sooooo dry ,(cheese. Crust and the meats) the boneless chicken was HORRIBLE (looks like weaver chicken nuggets dipped in some sauce) and We ordered 3 different kinds (none of them were good) what a waste ?when the kids( 3 grown boys)don't eat it it's TERRIBLE!!!!! Where and how can I get my money back??I'm so upset That I think well actually I am calling corporate Pizza Hut should be ashamed of themselves ...and stop blaming everything on Covid!!!! Go back to giving your customers what We use to buy and not this JUNK???and if I could have given a minus 2 stars I would have??
