This place def has some operating issues. The first time I walked in, I was told they can't make me food cuz their systems are down but I can order online. The second time I came, systems were working but something else wasn't cuz everyone either left without food after 45 mins or waited irritated. The staff is sweet thou, it's obvious they are trying but pizza Hut needs to help their franchises. As long as you remember the staff is human, they are polite and apologize....

I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut, thanks to Chris and his exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and made the entire process smooth. He even offered to carry my order to my car , in the rain , which was thoughtful . The food was hot and fresh, and it’s clear that Chris is part of a great team.
