We ordered three items: honey bbq wings, Cinnabons, a brownie. Paid cash. Received a cookie, dry wings. Have been on the phone for more than a hour just trying to reach someone to correct this error. Was hanged up on, with no one picking up. Calling with two different phones. No reply from either, just the same inane message repeating over and over. There is a chat that ends the session if you don’t type fast enough. Probably a bot/AI. Not the first time there had been an issue with our order, but this time they just don’t want to deal with their mistake. The chat recommends going to the store to deal with this in person. Not a great option, since the reason we ordered delivery was because it would be very expensive to go into the store. Still, that, or a couple of compensation pizzas, were our only choices. Will not be ordering again. Good thing we didn’t order more. Heading to deal with this in store. And still on hold with the same inane message repeating. Unbelievable! At least they got the Cinnabons right.
UPDATE - seems like there are serious phone issues and the store has been trying to resolve them all day. Having resolved that hurdle we did receive a refund. They were very apologetic about the issue. Now my irritation is with corporate, for poor maintenance of the store, which led me to think so poorly of them. Still not happy with the expense incurred but glad the issues were resolved.

I came to Pizza Hut today for the first time in years, excited to enjoy the hand tossed and pan pizza I used to love. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed to find that they’re no longer the same recipes. The new version is nothing like the classic Pizza Hut pizzas I remember—no buttery, flavorful crust, no rich taste, just something that felt like a cheap frozen pizza. Honestly, it’s a letdown for loyal customers who came back hoping for the old favorites. Pizza Hut used to stand out for its unique crusts, but this new change really misses the mark.Back to Dominos it is!

Ordered three pizzas after a long shift at work along with (2) 20 ounce Pepsi’s using Postmates. My pizzas arrived via bike with none of the toppings on the pizza due to them sliding to one side of box and no drinks. My husband and myself drove up to the actually pizza where we were meet with attitude and the person not wanting to remake all of the pizzas just two of them. Will not order, walk or go by this Pizza Hut again in life!! Just bad everything
Order was delivered by a Uber biker, when delivered the pizza sauce and cheese were all to one side and the drinks were not delivered. My wife and I drove to the order location to get a new pizza made and were greeted by an employee looked over the order and agreed to remake the order. The only problem I can speak of is when I requested he make both pizzas so that when I get home both pies are hot he hastily threw one pie in the warmer and while walking away said I’ll keep it warm for you! I did not expect or demand an apology but I believe we were due common curtesy as this establishment conducts business with a third party delivery service and as such is liable for the end product! Rather than cause a scene at the business we will choose to spend our money elsewhere moving forward!

Our delivery was 15 minutes later than the tracker said, the crust was soggy, the bread sticks weren't cut and were just a slab of cheesy bread, the cinnamon sticks barely had any cinnamon on them, the boneless wings were tiny and undersauced, the Margherita pizza had no pesto and we only received 1 of our marinara sauces. The food was saturated with grease to the point that my daughter was up vomiting grease during the night and I was sent home from work the next day. Let's just say that everything I've eaten since birth is now expelled from my body. Since I do like to be positive I will add that the delivery man had a very nice smile and was very kind

This store has one of the worst employees. Really bad customer service and the delivery driver even worst. Paid $35 for md pizza and wings and the wings were undercooked and the pizza was not made how i asked. Just plain HORRIBLE in all aspects
