I got cheese sticks and French fries, but they only gave me a very little amount of fries. Kinda seemed like a ripoff for some French fries that cost almost $4. The cheese sticks were good though.

Wasn't a great experience with the service or with my order even calling the number on hand was a lost cause so they forgot my grilled chicken pizza and we called but got the run around so maybe not this restaurant or any other ones in the future and I've been eating Pizza Hut since the 80s.

Usually nothing is wrong with my orders and I order from here at least once every 2 weeks that's already amazing. The time that there was things wrong with my online order they helped so much. They knew I was exhausted trying to get this fixed. It's not easy to go through the online service for a reimbursement but instead they remade the order thank you!

I placed an order for delivery via the app at 2:41pm. It’s now almost 7pm & my husband had to physically go to the store to pick up the food. I couldn’t get through to the store to save my life. We order all the time & this is the 3rd issue we’ve had with this specific location. Ridiculous!

Ordered delivery and they forgot more than half of the order. The Personal pizza and wings box was missing the wings. They also forgot the cinnamon sticks. They only delivered 1 correct item.

There have been several times that I have ordered online and they charge me but when I go it has been closed and I have ordered delivery and it never arrives and they don't notify you either and you are waiting

Food wasn’t good, wings barely had any sauce and the pizza didn’t look or taste like it had any sauce on it. Definitely a waste of money.
Never go to this location they are VERY unprofessional and then they will still get the order wrong...Too many young people playing around and not enough working.

This its not the first time I order here, this is why im doing this complain, the every time I order from this location, something is missing, this time wasn't the exception, i was missing stuff on my order plus the pizza was completely differents, they look like the were from other place and tastes really weird, i would like to have my money back, i try to called, and called and they respond over the phone was, "the store its not answering their phones" but i was calling to the store, so i Dont know How this work , but im really disappointed, i really loved pizza hut since i was a little girl and i still love it , but this is to much

Ordered my food at 10pm for pickup, arrived around 10:30 and was told they were closed although my card was charged and I had the confirmation number as well. Close was supposed to be at 11pm. There is literally a line of people with the same issue. Complete waste of time.

Great Pizza Hut, our server Khalisia was very friendly and helped us figure out our order for the best price. Highly Recommend, Will go again. The food tasted fresh and made with care.
