I love this places' bacon pizza ...either personal pan or large.. It's so addicting!! The young lady that works there is so adorable and sweet. I try my best to support my neighborhood businesses

I order 50 dollars worth of food only received about 30 dollars worth of food. The person running the store told me there is nothing they can do about me receiving a refund for the food I didn't receive. Now they are closed and no one will talk to me. I want my $20 back.

This place is dirty. I saw roaches when I went for pick up. The staff is very very disrespectful, makes the orders wrong and sloppy and close whenever they feel like to leave early because they are lazy. They will take the order then close early and when u go for a pickup they will yell from behind the glass that they’re are close and tell you too bad for you and the ignore you. WORST, DIRTIEST AND MOST DISRESPECTFUL TRASH RESTAURANT IN PHILLY. How hard can it be cooking pizza?

I got cheese sticks and French fries, but they only gave me a very little amount of fries. Kinda seemed like a ripoff for some French fries that cost almost $4. The cheese sticks were good though.

Wasn't a great experience with the service or with my order even calling the number on hand was a lost cause so they forgot my grilled chicken pizza and we called but got the run around so maybe not this restaurant or any other ones in the future and I've been eating Pizza Hut since the 80s.

Usually nothing is wrong with my orders and I order from here at least once every 2 weeks that's already amazing. The time that there was things wrong with my online order they helped so much. They knew I was exhausted trying to get this fixed. It's not easy to go through the online service for a reimbursement but instead they remade the order thank you!

I placed an order for delivery via the app at 2:41pm. It’s now almost 7pm & my husband had to physically go to the store to pick up the food. I couldn’t get through to the store to save my life. We order all the time & this is the 3rd issue we’ve had with this specific location. Ridiculous!

Ordered delivery and they forgot more than half of the order. The Personal pizza and wings box was missing the wings. They also forgot the cinnamon sticks. They only delivered 1 correct item.
