Pizza is too thick, not enough mozzarella, and although I like parm on top, it was way too much. That being said sauce had a good flavor and basil on top was a nice touch. Wayyy too thick

The pizza here is simply magnificent. You can clearly taste that they use high quality ingredients. The dough, sauce, and cheese are all fresh and delicious. There are a few tables both inside and outside for eating.

This was the fifth time I have eaten at Pizzata Pizzeria in the past three years. I always order the margarita. First two times (in 2022) the pizza was fantastic. Crispy, excellent crust, perfect combination and amount of fresh ingredients. The next time I ate there (2023) the pizza was good, but not great. In 2024 I had their pizza once, and again the pizza was good, but not great. Yesterday, (September 2025), I was walking in the neighborhood on a beautiful day and gave Pizzata Pizzeria one more try, hoping for a fantastic margarita pizza. I ordered the pie and sat at one of the two high rise tables in the pizzeria. The margarita pizza was fantastic. It was a solid 5 star margarita pizza. Crispy. Excellent crust. Just the right amount of sauce. Bravo Pizzata Pizzeria. I will be back.

Love pizzata, one of the best pizzas in Philly. Lived in NYC for 15 years and as good if not better than any I’ve had there. Staff friendly and quick and fast service. Highly recommend to anyone!
Friendly people in there.. Had a cheese slice and it was good, not bad, not great either. I saw people carrying out pizzas, so everyone seems to love the place! The place is pretty small place- maybe seating 10 people.

We love the food here and location, but the service could definitely be much better. Our server was not listening or paying attention to us. When we sat down we told her we wanted an order to go and reminded her before and after we finished dinner. She still ended up getting the order wrong (even though she wrote it down) and we realized as we got home. She also messed up my order while we were there. Very careless.

Stopped by for a late lunch with a friend to grab a pizza and a salad. Their patio is dog friendly and quaint, plenty of tables but not packed. We got a margherita pizza and the arugula salad and both were divine. The dough was perfect, fluffy but super crispy on the bottom. Their marinara had a great balance of sweet and tang. And the arugula salad was simple but impeccable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back and try their Roman pizza (it’s huge!).

This pizza place is fantastic! We’ve come back several times because the food is consistently delicious, flavorful, and reasonably priced. I wound say it can be improved if the cashier can be a bit more friendly, but it’s a casual pizza spot not a full-service restaurant. So I’m here for the food. And the food earns a solid 5 stars.
