The noise level was terrible I could not hear nor understand what the person at my table was saying. The food was excellent as was the service but the noise level, during a relatively uncrowded lunch, was so bad that I will not go back.

But it’s more than just great pizza—it’s a place that radiates heart and passion. Every detail, from the name to the flavor, tells a story of family, pride, and real connection to the craft. This isn’t just a pizza place. This is soul food. Salvy is a reminder of what pizza is supposed to be.
Another terrific meal at this hidden gem. Possibly (probably?) the best pizza in the city. Great cocktails. We had meatballs and cauliflower apps; both incredible. Great, appreciative service.
