These guys put the joint in sandwich joint! Seriously love their sandwiches, especially creativity and effort they put into their creations. I’ve never had unique sandwiches like the sandwiches these folks make. Especially love their different specials they throw out there. The Uncle Tony v2.0 is a favorite cheesesteak of mine.

First day in Philly, visiting from Canada. Decided to randomly try Poes Joint across the street and they did not disappoint! I ordered the Uncle Tony with extra cheese and it blew my mind! Great taste, great quality, amazing portions, highly recommended!

First time in Philly! Stopped by @humanrobotbeer and had a blast ? Richard, thank you so much for the milktube ?? it was smooth and fun to chug. Also enjoyed a crisp cold Kölsch that paired perfectly with the “Uncle Tony” ribeye cheesesteak. Which was incredible btw ?. Picked up some great merch too! Welcomed to Philly the right way ??? Cheers!!

Fire was sooo damn good! Shared two sandwiches with a buddy and man the juicy hot wetness of the cheesesteak and the chicken cutlet was so fresh and crispy! Sandwiches made with love and respect.

I have yet to have a bad food item here. The only sandwich I'm not the best fan of is the cheesesteak. Otherwise, definitely give this place a shot. Located inside Human Robot, another plus.

My coworkers and I visited Human Robot and Poe’s Sandwich Joint on a recent work trip to Philly (we have a brewery in Baltimore). Everything was fantastic! We ordered a few sandwiches to share, and they kindly cut them up in smaller portions so we could share more easily. We also got a few orders of loaded fries, which were great for the table. The Italian pork and cheesesteak sandwiches were great, but the Seoul Girl fried chicken sandwich was out of this world. Great combo of flavors and textures. Great food, great service, and great atmosphere! Human Robot also has a dynamic list of both traditional and more more modern beer styles that really hit the spot.

So my son is always bringing home sandwiches from Poe's which smell and look amazing. I asked for a Commish (no meat) and it was amazing. If we lived closer it would have to be a weekly order. I highly recommend!

I had the amazing Seoulgirl sandwich. What a wonderful combination of flavors. There were many other tasty and interesting looking options that I will go back to try.The staff and chef really want to make sure you love the food and are super nice. The location in Human Robot is great since there is an excellent selection of micro brewed beers on tap. Really nice casual place to hang your hat for a bit.Excellent job all around folks!
