Defrauding consumers, I ordered a luxurious protein sushi bowl, two eels and a tempura shrimp in panda, but there was only one eel. I bought at least three pieces of eel in other restaurants, and I ordered two, but only got one. Is it so blatant to cheat money?

The poke sauce is despicable. It pools underneath your bowl, hitting all the wrong parts. Utterly disappointing experience. I will not be allocating my resources towards this organization in the future. I was happy to feel how heavy my bowl was, before realizing that it was due to the pool of sauce.

This was my first visit - they need some training in customer service basics -food was okay- nothing special -atmosoehere was IG cute but I can pick a dozen other places in the city for a better culinary experience where I feel appreciated and valued as a customer

I adore this boba shop. I think it’s the best one in Penn (somehow tea do has higher reviews??). This one is more authentic Chinese (I’m from Shanghai, I know) with a wide range of tea flavors that I usually only get in the mainland. Also use Snackpass to accrue points for free drinks! Never had the poke bowls though.

The staff had like, the worst attitude ever. I was literally standing there, ready to order, and he just ignored me for like 3–4 minutes, scrolling on his screen and even took a phone call! Then he tells me the drink I wanted, which was like, right there on the poster, wasn’t available. But when I ordered it online (only few sec later), it was totally available. So unprofessional and super careless.
Don’t go unless you’ve got plenty of time to waste, seriously.

I got food poisoning eating here.

Do not order the poke bowl here. They consistently fail to provide all the items in your order, such as pineapple, and have made this mistake multiple times.

Some of the best food I have eaten in Philly! I haven’t had a better poke bowl anywhere. The service is great too, top notch. Can’t say enough about it
