Food was absolutely disgusting. The chicken had no flavor and my fries smelled like they were soaked in piss. Do not recommend.

Worst service of my life.
Wanted to try popeyes for the first time since we don’t have it where we live. Ordered some wings and the manager who was the one behind the cashier asked “what flavour?, we got confused so we answered “classic” cause we didn’t know that the wings was supposed to be covered in the sauces. He rolled his eyes and asked again with just “flavour”. Again, still confused we told him “sorry we don’t understand it’s our first time here”, he got mad and just started talking to his colleagues.
I understand it’s a fast food place and things are supposed to go on quickly (although the place was quite empty when we ordered) but it was super unnecessary to be so rude. Very disappointed this was our experience and first impression of Popeyes.

This place is gross. Fries looked black. It was fried with old that was very old. Mac & Cheese, rice, coleslaw all smelled like they are very old. Disgusting food. Never ever go to a Popeyes. Specially avoid this place

Issue with my order and when I took it back the same person who took my order all of a sudden didn't under what I was asking for. The second thing the place was filthy, they need to have some check the eating area and pick up the trash. They trash was overflowing because they were full. I love Popeyes so please clean this place up

This store always has people standing right in front of the store panhandling. When you get inside, the trash is to the top of the trash cans, tables aren’t the cleanest and the lines are always backed up. The Cashiers are very courteous and prompt so that’s always helpful but for those whose on a timed lunch break it’s a bit disappointing. I had to clean a table myself to sit and eat at it and while I was sitting and eating people are inside just lounging with suitcases reassembling their bags and talking very loudly.

The evening Management Team is horrible the young lady and young man need customer service training at no time should a paying customer be turn away from making a purchase. I work in the Hotel Industry for over 35 years in Banquet/Catering if the guest can't eat a particular item we ask them what other option can you eat. I dislike "Chicken Thighs" the cashier and Management Team refuses to switch the thighs to the drumsticks. The bottom line or end of the day is satisfying the customers. I was disappointed in this night shift Management Team of Professionals at the 1500 Chestnut Street Philadelphia PA Restaurant.

The food was average, but the service was awful. While waiting in line, I noticed how rude the slightly tall woman with a long face was being to other customers, and I honestly hoped to be served by the other cashier on the left. However, when my turn came, she was the only one available, so I reluctantly went to her. When I politely asked if she had included an item I specifically requested, her response was shockingly rude. I had watched her pack my order and didn’t see the item included. Instead of addressing my concern, she lashed out, accusing me of being demanding. To make matters worse, when I got home, I found that she had given me the wrong item. This location has consistently shown poor customer service, and complaints seem to go unresolved. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
