The chicken is horrible and was probably left overnight. The color of the chicken was extremely dark and tasted like rubber. I was not provided with any sauces. Do not order from this particular location. This place tarnishes the reputation of Popeyes

Do yourself a favor and just drive to the Popeyes on Cottman Avenue. This is the second time I've come and this chicken is not seasoned properly, I don't know if they're trying to cut corners and save money on some seasoning or what the deal is. To add insult to injury this time when I went to pick up my food the entire restaurant stank of old dirty grease; and sure enough, on top of the chicken not being properly seasoned it looked old and tasted like old dirty grease and wasn't even edible. I'm pretty pissed off that I wasted my $14. You guys are too new to have fallen off so quickly, especially when you're surrounded by other Popeyes that people can go to instead. Look at this chicken, it doesn't even look like Popeyes. Shame on you.

I had a good experience in this place. The food was good. However, the service was not as good. Cashier are a little inpatient with clients that struggle with the language, making the store look unprofessional. Overall, this is a really peaceful and quiet place but the service could be better.

I FREAKING LOVE Popeyes. So I got my order delivered through Uber eats and EVERYTHING was wrong with this order. I then called the manager who was VERY helpful. I was able to get a FULL refund/credit and place my order again, free of charge thanks to the credit. I truly appreciate GREAT customer service.
