By far one of the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Surprised the health department hasn't shut it down

No longer going to this location. They consider wings to be white meat. Rude counter workers, and they often close early without updating their online hours. Huge waste of time.

This Popeyes has the worst customer service. Seems as though everyone's always miserable they never greet you. I tried to place my order. And it seems as though I was being rushed! when there was no one in the store but me. Then, when I ordered more items, the guy sucked his teeth. I just had to smile and laugh. Unbelievable... This message is to the owner. Your employees are better straight up. Because there's a new chicken spot opening near you. Which means you're going to have competition.

They COOK the meat until it's done! Perfectly how I like! It takes me about 30mnts for the drive, but that's a.o.k. with me!! My new spot from now on! ??

What a mess!! The lady manager is normally halfway decent but the male manager in the afternoon is horrible. He was mad because I told him I did not want the brown rotten mac n cheese from the day before he was trying to give me. Gave me attitude and unprofessionalism. Usually not that clean inside.

Let me tell you something about this place. Management is horrible. Why? Every single time I go there, there’s no spicy ready and he always try to convince me to get mild. No, I’ll wait for what I came for. That’ll be a 15-20 mins wait. This last time, and it is my last time, the chicken had no taste, greasy, and Was not spicy at all and just simply nasty. How is Popeye’s chicken nasty? Not spending another dime there. I’d Rather just drive to the one on Cottman Ave than to get a box of nasty food and poor service. Never again!

It seems like the chickens were all overnight meat because it’s black and dark. The meats are not even juicy at all compared to Jollibee.

Do not give this Popeyes your business stopped in and ask for the nationwide $25 chicken tender special was told they didn't have and the only tender special they had was $30 ( was the same items as the special on line) went to the one on Cottman and Torresdale has the special adversited on the outside and they delivered with fast and amazing food . Do not visit this Popeyes when there are two others that are more than happy to serve you.

The manager at this location is very ignorant. He got my order wrong and then got hostile and hype with me telling me that I didn’t tell him the right order and I shouldn’t do that to him instead of just making my new sandwich. I asked him for his name. He told me he’s not giving me his name I also told him and he said he did not care if this is how you treat your customers you’re gonna lose business

Manager has a smart mouth talking to a minor ! I wanted a refund for an order and he basically was trying to decline my refund! He doesn’t care about his poor customer service
