What a mess!! The lady manager is normally halfway decent but the male manager in the afternoon is horrible. He was mad because I told him I did not want the brown rotten mac n cheese from the day before he was trying to give me. Gave me attitude and unprofessionalism. Usually not that clean inside.

Let me tell you something about this place. Management is horrible. Why? Every single time I go there, there’s no spicy ready and he always try to convince me to get mild. No, I’ll wait for what I came for. That’ll be a 15-20 mins wait. This last time, and it is my last time, the chicken had no taste, greasy, and Was not spicy at all and just simply nasty. How is Popeye’s chicken nasty? Not spending another dime there. I’d Rather just drive to the one on Cottman Ave than to get a box of nasty food and poor service. Never again!

It seems like the chickens were all overnight meat because it’s black and dark. The meats are not even juicy at all compared to Jollibee.

Do not give this Popeyes your business stopped in and ask for the nationwide $25 chicken tender special was told they didn't have and the only tender special they had was $30 ( was the same items as the special on line) went to the one on Cottman and Torresdale has the special adversited on the outside and they delivered with fast and amazing food . Do not visit this Popeyes when there are two others that are more than happy to serve you.

The manager at this location is very ignorant. He got my order wrong and then got hostile and hype with me telling me that I didn’t tell him the right order and I shouldn’t do that to him instead of just making my new sandwich. I asked him for his name. He told me he’s not giving me his name I also told him and he said he did not care if this is how you treat your customers you’re gonna lose business

Manager has a smart mouth talking to a minor ! I wanted a refund for an order and he basically was trying to decline my refund! He doesn’t care about his poor customer service

I had went by to this popeyes today. The food was good except the workers were an attitude and seemed as if they wanted us out. Horrible service!!

Owner/Manager does nothing about unruly kids harassing paying customers. I have dined in at this location about five times. No issue until last Saturday afternoon. About 10 kids come in. A mix of boys and girls that looked to be 12 to 14 years old. They just went to a booth. Did not purchase any food. Four of them kept going in and out of the bathrooms. One had a bottle of glue and a can of something I could not identify. The guy running the place sees this and doesn't say a word. About 10 minutes later one of the kids actually sits in my booth and starts harassing me. Again, the guy running the place does nothing. How do you allow that to a customer supporting your business. Needless to say I won't be back.

the girls NEVER have gloves on. You are touching food sweetie, maybe wear gloves. the last 3 times I went there, they had no butter for the biscuits. "it's fine, can I get a small container of gravy then"?yeah for over 4 dollars...are they insane??there is no customer service anymore

Service and food being actually cooked unlike other locations is five stars and none this is the best Popeyes around anymore all the other Popeyes roster chicken and you can taste the difference and I hate when you order spicy tenders and they mix in mild because they don’t have spicy. I threw them away and I never go back to that location because I like spicy tenders only not mild. That’s why I asked for all spicy, I didn’t think it was that big of a deal
