I really hate this store, everything I order thru the app or door dash, they can never get my order right. When I say NEVER I MEAN NEVER. They customer service thru the app sucks. When you call the store no one ever answer! I don’t see how hard it is too follow orders and make sure it get done correctly! Get better employees who actually wanna work and not just for the money. This time all this food and no fuxking drinks! How you don’t send drinks with all combos! Pissed!

This is the absolute worst Popeyes I’ve ever been inside. Very small, stink.. no one is wearing hair nets which is why hair was in my food. Can tell it’s not being ran properly!

Please do not ever put yourself in a situation where you will need to speak with corporate. The number they provide online sends you to an email that no one will properly respond to. I called the store multiple times to speak with the store manager, who seems to never be there. According to the employees, there is no direct number or email for corporate.

Their mechanic showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue as a dead battery, and had it replaced in no time. What impressed me most was how smoothly everything went—no tow trucks, no waiting rooms, just quick, professional service right in my hotel parking lot. If you value convenience and expertise, this team is a no-brainer!
The food was okay , But the cashier kailey was truly amazing so kind and respectful will be coming back!!
