Please do not ever put yourself in a situation where you will need to speak with corporate. The number they provide online sends you to an email that no one will properly respond to. I called the store multiple times to speak with the store manager, who seems to never be there. According to the employees, there is no direct number or email for corporate.

They didn't have what I ordered and instead of saying they didn't have the item still on the menu they gave me what the wanted/had and told me that's always how it comes when I get the same thing since it was on the menu. They then proceeded to not refund me and told me I had to talk to Popeyes because they weren't Popeyes because it was an online order.

Dietary restrictions: I don't eat cheese and everytime I request no cheese there is cheese on my sandwich. Good thing I'm not allergic.

Old Jalapenos

Spent $65 and they didn't give me what I ordered. They didn't want to really give enough dipping sauce. When talking to the workers to complain they turned to one another and started speaking in a different language. And the baddest part of all is I went all the way home to find out the combo 1 out of 4 orders was wrong.
