Their pizza is good, I’ve enjoyed each one I’ve tried, even though I’m usually just a “plain cheese” kind of girl. I’ve also tried their brunch a couple times and there isn’t a lot on there for someone with a limited diet, but there are plenty of pizza options. I also appreciate the different flavors for mimosas, and they give you a decent amount (though you pay for it). The service can be a bit slow, but overall I’d go back.

The restaurant is first-rate and roomy, the food was yummy and the prices were very fair. rapidly, productive service and very amiable staff members. Will definitely recommend this place.

Killer service and food!! We were there for a private event so no photos unfortunately. The calamari, mozzarella and olive appetizers were spot on! The arugula and parmesan salad was worth a second portion for sure; peppery, savory yet still light. All of the pizzas were evenly cooked, toppings throughout and perfect (margarita, sausage and jalapeno, pepperoni).

Service was a bit slow, and I was absolutely not pleased with them asking for my phone number as soon as I sat down. Portions are fairly small for the price, but not outlandish for the area. The carbonara "pizza" was quite odd. I've never seen uncooked runny egg on a pizza, and I can't say I'm eager to see it again. The crust was very good, and I think it would be much better with a "real" pizza on it.

Freshly made pizza, homemade meatballs in a VERY delicious red sauce. Great variety of drinks & beers. Service was excellent.

My girlfriend and I have been coming here for maybe a year now pre-pandemic and I just wanna say that we came on the last night before they closed again and we are both truly in mourning, not to be dramatic.Every single Sunday evening (even Super Bowl Sunday!) up until the pandemic, we would come and ask for the booth in the front corner by the string lights and window if it was empty and sometimes the host was happy to give it to us on a slower night. We looked forward to the house mozzarella the whole week leading up to date night. I went to the hospital in January and I told her any time she’d listen that when I got out I wanted a Margherita, and it was the first dinner we had together post-hospital.Not only has the food always been fresh, delicious, and comforting, but the service has always been great. Regardless of a packed house or an empty one, everyone smiled at you as you walked by and were caring and considerate in every possible way they could be. When we started going to the Asbury location during the summer, we were happy to find the same Porta spirit. We’re hoping one day we get to come back, but for now you have all of our gratitude. Our Sundays have been so delicious because of you. Thank you so much, Porta!Love,Ana and Donna

Shameful treatment of staff which goes to show a lot about their general integrity. There’s so many other places to spend your money that don’t treat their staff like disposable garbage

The don’t care about their employees so you know they definitely won’t care about you. Hiring new staff after the pandemic? Embarrassing and shameful.
Profit over people business model. I Would not support a company that lays off the entire staff and expects them to reinterview after 1-4 years of proven loyalty and commitment. Meanwhile, they let them all know they were fired via an Instagram post. This place was fun, because of its staff. I will not be returning when they open the doors and you shouldn't either.

Terrible experience. Management is sketchy and the food was mediocre. So many other nice places, don't waste your money here.

Disgusting treatment of faithful employees.
