Decided I’d grab a hoagie rather than eat a late dinner in a Philly hotel. Never had a Primo hoagie before thought I’d give them a try. Short walk from the Jefferson Station found the place easy enough. Ordered their large Italian hoagie with all the fixings. I was surprised at how busy they were given it was about to close. Once back in the hotel room I found the sandwich to be delicious. I ordered the “standard” size (large) sandwich which turned out to be way larger than I’d expected. Bread was good with the seeds but I focused on the meat which was exceptionally good. I ate it and the other contents both for ‘dinner’ and as a snack later in the evening. To steal another franchise’s tagline, “finger licking good”. Will visit them again.

Great hoagies even though it is a chain.

Ordered 4 small subs. I guess, I'm dumb that I thought mild Italian, would be mildly spicy and the ones that say just Italian and "old italian" were not spicy. Well they are very, very spicy.

If I ask for no cheese, and my receipt says no cheese, there should not be cheese.

Even after a sandwich mix up I was still well taken care of and the issue was fixed immediately. I love the primo turkey and cheese and it was made to perfection

The manager and his wife were very pleasant. I forgot my sides at the front, and he ran out to get them to me. Would highly recommend.

I ordered the Audie for the first time. The roast beef was not done at all totally pink where it bleeded into the roll. I asked for sharp provolone cheese that was cut so thick you would think it was cut with a regular knife. Food is expensive and that cost almost $16.00 and it was the worse couldn't eat it.

Lots of meats, but put together sloppily. Service is curt but not impolite. No one eats in. No bathrooms.

Hoagie was not so good. Ask for oregano and nothing was added. Employee was nasty and dismissive. Management didn’t care about my complaint.

Reporting reviews to get them removed is as unprofessional as your service was. Since this is how you treat customers I will contact whomever is above the manager & let them know how their store is being run. Thanks

Ordered a big T diablo, which is my usual order from a Primos. This location however does not use cracked black pepper/ turkey but instead regular variants, their 'spicy seasoning' is not the typical primo spicy seasoning for the Diablo sandwiches but instead simple red pepper flakes. Lastly, usually diablos are offered with Italian long hot peppers. This location however it is extra. Still 2 stars because the sandwich is still good, but clearly corners have been cut. Asked for lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo. Only lettuce and onion, no tomato no mayo.
A customer in a wheelchair was attempting to get into the shop while I was there, the employees watched as her and I struggled with the doors instead of someone assisting them. Won't be returning to this location.
