I got violently ill from eating here. I ordered the tuna diablo, which i get at least 2x / month. But a couple weeks ago, it didn't sit right and was sick for over a week. Had to go to the doc for meds, he said it was bacteria-based food poisoning, most likely from mishandled ingredients. Never again. I will miss this sandwich though.

Ridiculously bad staff and management, went there and the guy pompously said we don't have that order and joked about how many drivers came in for it, of course he couldn't be bothered to fix the situation, just let it persist.

whoever the bald girl is working is wonderful! she serviced me so well i now come back daily. this place has truly become my second home. i would love to work here but my 13 felonies and 51+ misdemeanors wont let me *eye roll*. i truly love this place. wish they hosted a weekly “jack off contest”
My wife ordered a chicken pizza steak. When I brought it home they gave us a beef pizza steak. When we called to ask them to correct it they told us they don’t make chicken pizza steaks and refused to change it out for something different. The woman who answered the phone hung up on us. When my wife called back a manager got on and said he wouldn’t do anything for us. They substituted what they felt like making for what she wanted. All three “hot” sandwiches were cold. I only live 2 blocks from the store.

I ordered a Veggie Diablo with no cheese. I got a half a block away and noticed my sandwich had cheese. When I returned it appeared the gentleman was just going to take the cheese off. I had to ask for another sandwich. The the gentleman mumbled something as he put a bag on the counter. The other staff members were nice. It's not my fault my sandwich had to be remade because it was not put in correctly.

I would given it 5 stars but then bread was soggy. What happened to toasting it? Otherwise, perfect fixtures. The turkey was yummy, the the fresh ingredients, tomatoes, onions, lettuce... ahhh. Just perfect. I did ask for American cheese, but they put mozzarella. But it was a yummy hoagie with a few things missing.
