By far the worst location I’ve visited. Instead of allowing young kids to run the store, how about have some adults in the store to ensure jobs are getting done. I walked in along with an older lady, the children in the store were all standing around talking. A gentleman that was sweeping had to come take my order while those in the back continued to talk, once the young lady finished talking she came to take the lady order that was behind me. The entire time while making sandwiches they’re stopping and talking as if customers aren’t sitting around waiting for their sandwiches. Very unprofessional, the hoagie wasn’t good at all, the bread was hard, the sandwich was sloppy, I ended up trashing it because the bread was too hard to bite through. I’ll never patronize this location again. Hire employees that actually come to work to do their jobs.

Im a regular customer of Primo’s and normally I have no complaints. However, my first time ordering their Old World Style Meatball Wrap. Terrible. $17.49 for a 7-8” wrap consisting of cheese, grated parm and - get this- 1 whole meatball and three half's of a meatball. DO NOT Order this item from their menu. Primo’s you need to step up your game on this one.

I’ve had mixed experiences at this location. On this particular Sunday all of the staff were occupied watching the game while a young man worked alone making sandwiches. Kudos to the hardworking young man! The rest of the staff seemed surprised customers expected them to be working, instead of scrambling last minute to make my sandwich I ordered 20 minutes prior. Enjoy the birds, but please pay attention to your orders, customer service, and food quality. This was another miss for me.

Spacious with no eatin section, fast in person ordering, I have reward points to use but some how it is never applied at this location, toppings are extremely minimal except for the blanket lettuce to cover the fact of the sheet of meat... It is seldom I get the perfect hoagie on certain shifts!!! I feel like all hoagies are custom to the customer not how staff would have it for themselves!!!

Always awesome. Get the Italian, cut the lettuce, and add the spicy mustard. You can thank me later.

The hoagies have no love. The bread always tastes so hard and stale, none of the ingredients seem like they’re meshing together well. The atmosphere is quite … depressing. It’s a chop for me.

Placed an order online, received a confirmation email and receipt. My husband gets there and they tell him they didn’t receive an order and I send him the emailed receipt. We ordered a Baba-Boom with Broccoli Raab and Schwartzie and pay extra for the additions and we get a Bada Bing with no cheese NONE, and barely any broccoli raab. He comes home frustrated. I love Primos but this was so disappointing and frustrating.
First time customer and pretty disappointed. The buns were so dry and hard like croutons! It was a challenge to eat them.
Primos hoagies and taste. Store is a great choice for lunch or similar. I will say they didn’t have any cheesesteaks available. But there’s other places for that.
