Spacious with no eatin section, fast in person ordering, I have reward points to use but some how it is never applied at this location, toppings are extremely minimal except for the blanket lettuce to cover the fact of the sheet of meat... It is seldom I get the perfect hoagie on certain shifts!!! I feel like all hoagies are custom to the customer not how staff would have it for themselves!!!

Always awesome. Get the Italian, cut the lettuce, and add the spicy mustard. You can thank me later.

The hoagies have no love. The bread always tastes so hard and stale, none of the ingredients seem like they’re meshing together well. The atmosphere is quite … depressing. It’s a chop for me.

Placed an order online, received a confirmation email and receipt. My husband gets there and they tell him they didn’t receive an order and I send him the emailed receipt. We ordered a Baba-Boom with Broccoli Raab and Schwartzie and pay extra for the additions and we get a Bada Bing with no cheese NONE, and barely any broccoli raab. He comes home frustrated. I love Primos but this was so disappointing and frustrating.
First time customer and pretty disappointed. The buns were so dry and hard like croutons! It was a challenge to eat them.

Primos hoagies and taste. Store is a great choice for lunch or similar. I will say they didn’t have any cheesesteaks available. But there’s other places for that.
For the second time this Primo‘s and Chestnut Hill had no record of me ordering a super deluxe tray for $160. I went to pick it up, of course it wasn’t ready, and they had no record that I had ordered. They said they could get it ready in 25 to 30 minutes. I thought that would work for the 15 guests at my house. However, it wasn’t ready until an hour and 10 minutes later. Then they offered me no discount or extra food of any sort.
There on December 30 2024 5:30 pm staff definitely needs to be trained I gave my Oder of 1 Diablo and 1italian spicy sweets on side no cheese not what I got when I got home also no hair nets 1 kid had this huge head of hair so big I don’t know if he could even see the orders cell phones in hand and making sandwiches probably won’t return and I live in the chest hill area and have a business at 8113 Germantown ave
My name is Wil Tasco
This Chestnut Hill location requires some serious staff training. No one is wearing a hair net, 3 employees had a lot of hair. The one guy had so much hair hanging in his face I wonder if he could see. Another employee was emptying the trash cans & slamming them back on the ground or corner (weird). This will be my last visit to this location, not worth.
My sandwich was average definitely not the same quality but the cost was higher.
I get it the food business is challenging but at least audit your business and staff to ensure they are representing the service you as the owner desires for your repeat or new customers.
Great hoagies
