The hoagies have no love. The bread always tastes so hard and stale, none of the ingredients seem like they’re meshing together well. The atmosphere is quite … depressing. It’s a chop for me.

Placed an order online, received a confirmation email and receipt. My husband gets there and they tell him they didn’t receive an order and I send him the emailed receipt. We ordered a Baba-Boom with Broccoli Raab and Schwartzie and pay extra for the additions and we get a Bada Bing with no cheese NONE, and barely any broccoli raab. He comes home frustrated. I love Primos but this was so disappointing and frustrating.

First time customer and pretty disappointed. The buns were so dry and hard like croutons! It was a challenge to eat them.

Primos hoagies and taste. Store is a great choice for lunch or similar. I will say they didn’t have any cheesesteaks available. But there’s other places for that.

For the second time this Primo‘s and Chestnut Hill had no record of me ordering a super deluxe tray for $160. I went to pick it up, of course it wasn’t ready, and they had no record that I had ordered. They said they could get it ready in 25 to 30 minutes. I thought that would work for the 15 guests at my house. However, it wasn’t ready until an hour and 10 minutes later. Then they offered me no discount or extra food of any sort.

This Chestnut Hill location requires some serious staff training. No one is wearing a hair net, 3 employees had a lot of hair. The one guy had so much hair hanging in his face I wonder if he could see. Another employee was emptying the trash cans & slamming them back on the ground or corner (weird). This will be my last visit to this location, not worth.

My sandwich was average definitely not the same quality but the cost was higher.

I get it the food business is challenging but at least audit your business and staff to ensure they are representing the service you as the owner desires for your repeat or new customers.

Great hoagies

Not sure what is going on with this location. The sandwich’s that I’ve come to love are absolutely pitiful now. The amount of meat on the sandwich is way down and the prices seem to always go up.
I know that the Primos franchise has standards and I think a review needs to be conducted. Get back to providing a good sandwich for the money.
Until then I think I’ll shop elsewhere.

Let's just say this places leaves alot to be desired (to put it lightly). The store has an unique smell (not a regular hoagie shop smell either). The employee's attitude after me asking her to change gloves due her emptying the trash can, was enough for me to spend my money at another establishment. If you guys plan to stay open in such an "elite part" of Philly please provide additional training to all of your employees ASAP.

They used to make good sandwiches, but the last few times I've gone there they put almost no meat on the sandwich and drown it in lettuce. If I was gonna get screwed on my sandwich, I'd just go to Wawa. At least there the sandwich only cost $8 instead of $15.

This location is very hit or miss. Sometimes the sandwiches are spot on, and other days half of the ingredients are missing or the bread is rock hard. Sandwich prices went up, quality went down . I seem to get better quality at the Roxborough location .

Something is off right now at this location..I don’t know if they have new owners or management but it’s ODD. Interactions with the staff are ODD. They didn’t take my husbands name down for the order or any other identifying information.. acted completely bewildered when I asked them to look into the order because he spoke with someone and we were well past the time they gave us for a pick up order. I gave the counter staff multiple options for how she could find the order (since they lost it) … finally I had to repeat the order multiple times and one of the line cooks heard it and identified the order. The counter staff member could not wrap her head around this as a way of finding the order .. her solution was to place a new order .. make me wait another 30-40 minutes. The order had been completed and sitting in a bag … or should I say some of the order … they forgot one of the sandwiches. It was BIZARRE in there .. as though they have no concept of customer service. Just try and put yourself in the customer’s shoes, or pretend like you’re going to help and find solutions that makes sense. Most people in there waiting were also frustrated and dealing with similar issues.
