The food quality is pretty decent, but you can count on them to forget anything you try to get on the side (oil and vinegar, pickles, hot peppers, etc.). They really need to train their employees better. Almost every single time, my order comes with a piece of paper attached to the bag listing what's supposed to be in there, and it doesn't match the actual contents of the bag. It's almost funny how consistent it is. Almost. They're also not consistent with how much hot sauce goes on the Diablo sandwiches. All in all they just need better staff training for more overall consistency on both the products and the service. Personally I'm switching to a different location in the meantime.

I've never been to a place where the workers were so uninterested. Maybe I'm expecting too much.

The owner and his son were behind the counter and were very friendly. The owner chatted with us while we waited for our sandwiches which was super fun.We ate our delicious sandwiches at a window table where we could watch people go by.

The worker who helped me out did an amazing job the meats and cheeses were spread evenly throughout, the toppings were generous, and the customer service was phenomenal. The person who checked me out as well as the worker who made the sandwich were personable and helpful. We had a great conversation, and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal too.

Is Turkey at limited supply because the Italian hoagie looks like way more heavier than the Turkey. I'm just saying ?

I'm done with this Primos in Chestnut Hill. Order two Primo sized, picked them up, got home and one was wrong size (two small) Went back, explained the situation. No sorry, no apology. They made another sandwich, it only had meat and cheese. No tomatoes, onions or lettuce..... and no receipt.....

The only thing I can say is that this franchise doesn't have to worry about be darkening the door any longer. They ran over too lock the doors before closing time.
