I stopped there last Thursday night. When I got into the store there were two employees working, and they were like arguing, in front of customers. One of them came to the cashier and very rude he got our orders. After that we sat down and waited our food of course, they were still arguing with loud voices. It was very uncomfortable for us. We got our food and ate quickly and left there. I won’t go there again. So, disappointed!!!

My husband and I were in town for the day and stopped here to eat. He had the chicken cheesesteak with cheese wiz and I had a roast beef sub. We both liked our sandwiches. One thing that stood out was that some young kids came in without an adult at the time and the gentleman working the register helped them out and was very kind to them until the adult came in. It was nice to see someone watching out for kids.

Love the food, but if you order from their website and there is any kind of mistake good luck trying to get a refund/price adjustment. They subbed one item without asking, and just messed up another. I was told to call doordash to get a refund, and doordash said all they did was deliver it and to call the merchent. So at the end of the day I had an order that was 70% correct with no way to get a partial refund for what was wrong. The only thing they said they could do was to come into the store and they would replace the incorrect item...which was not feasible and why I went with delivery instead of pick up in the first place.

I had just been talking about one of my pet peeves was lack of customer service. From the time I entered Primo hoagies until I left the customer service was exceptional! I was with a group of my coworkers. We had a delicious lunch and the staff was amazing!! Top notch, customer service, and great food!!!

Primo Hoagies is definitely primo for hoagies! Having spent the summers of my youth on LBI, I’ve long believed hoagies are at the top of the sub sandwich category… so when we moved to Philly, I looked forward to great hoagies everywhere. But after place after place let me down, finally Primo delivered. Just all around good, can’t wait to try more of their varieties!

We have an office near by and often use Primos catering for our work events. Recently, I scheduled a delivery for a work event due to start at 12pm. The delivery arrived at 11:15 (15 min ahead of scheduled delivery time) but I realized that I had only ordered 1 tray when I needed 2. I ran over to Primos and explained to them I accidentally ordered 1 tray which would not be enough and would they be able make me just a couple extra sandwiches by 12. They went above and beyond to quickly make me a small tray when they obviously already had a lot on their plates. Quick, delicious, and the team always goes above and beyond.
Went there with 4 people. Everyone left hungry and unimpressed with the look and taste of the food. Asked for fried onions and there were almost none.This is on my list of places never to go back to.

Do you not already love Primo's somehow? Why the heck not, are you new? Fantastic selection of top-notch sandwiches, good people, fast consistent service. This location is my favorite. I'll take Primos over any local deli or sandwich shop. My go-to is the Crusher (turkey with sliced pepper shooters) with extra onions, hot peppers and mustard. Crunchy, spicy and delicious.
