Don't discount this place because they're a chain. They've got fresh and delicious sandwiches. Their menu offers both the classics and some novel creations of their own. Transactions with the employees are always fast and pleasant.

Buffalo chicken cutlet has 2 ingredients and one of them was forgot (blue cheese crumble). Cutting out half my stars to match the sammich. Disclosure - I'm hungry and irrationally annoyed at the moment. Updated to 4 stars. I'm no longer hungry and their sandwiches are good.

First time having Primos in a while- didn't remember Primos having so much variety on their menu before. Got 4 hoagies, 2 sides and 2 chips. Order was completed in timely manner and the hoagies tasted great. The sides were okay. They forgot the toppings on the sides that were requested but no big deal.
