First time there, hoagies were horrible, soggy tomatoes, weres the cheese? The side of pickles, peppers werent enough for hoagies, I could of bought a better hoagie somewhere else. Not going back

Been a few years since I visited the Primos Hoagies in Port Richmond so I decided to visit recently, to be honest I wasn't impressed at all by the quantity of meat and cheese on the Primo sized Italian for the price I paid. I ordered 2. 1 for myself and other for my friend. Sure they put everything on it that I asked for, onion, lettuce tomatoes, mayo and oil, pickles and peppers on the side. Roll was seeded, nice and fresh, just lacking in the meat and cheese department. For 2 dollars less the competition at Richmond and Clementine has a better hoagie.

Very disappointed to receive a turkey diablo hoagie delivery today and the "hoagie" was only a dry roll, turkey, and cheese... No lettuce, tomatoes, onions, mayo, or oregano. I was looking forward to a hoagie and recieved a dry sandwich on a roll. Very disappointing. I thought a "hoagie" included lettuce, tomato, and oregano standard. That's what makes a hoagie a hoagie. It's been a while since I have had a hoagie from Primos (which was delicious in the past), but if this is the new standard of what a hoagie is, then the name should be changed to sandwich on a roll.
