As I hope you can see in my photo, the receipt says Turkey. As you can also see in the photo, there are italian meats on my hoagie and no turkey. This is an Italian hoagie not a turkey hoagie. I had to throw it away. Too far to take it back, and I can't eat it! This is partly my fault because I didn't check my order before I left. I always check, and something is usually wrong with my order. I was in a hurry, and it cost me. The store was fairly empty, didn't appear that they were rushing to get orders done. Pretty frustrated.

They revamped the front of the store, and it is definitely more appealing. However, this does not make up for the constant errors when making our order. We've ordered from here many times and usually never had an issue, but the past 2 orders have been incredibly incorrect.First, my husband ordered an Italian hoagie with extra mayo, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, and oregano. What he received was a ham sandwich, no cheese, lettuce, peppers, and pickles. Called the store. The woman remembered me and was told it was a mixup and the manager might contact me but the woman was putting in a complete refund. Never received the phone call or the refund.The other day, my husband ordered a turkey Diablo for lunch and we were going to split a Chicken Supremo later in the day. While there was no issue with the Diablo, the supremo had slices of ham instead of the chicken we ordered. I did not call again. My husband and I agreed, with heavy hearts, we were just done with this store from now on.Parking: On street parking on a very busy street in downtown PhiladelphiaWheelchair accessibility: This is not wheelchair accessible as it has 2 steps to get into the building and a sharp turn in a narrow hallway.

Just bought hoagies fir first time there!! Very dissatisfied, this us from port richmond store. Soggy tomatoes, had my sides condiment sides, pickles, hots, didnt have enough for sand, where the cheese?? Not going there anymore, could get a better hoagie at shoprite

This guy gets it. His attention to detail and customer service makes it feel like a mom and pop shop. I ordered two large Italian hoagies with LT&O on the side as well as oil and vinegar. It all came extremely well packed and the oil and vibiget came in small bottles. Just wow.

Ordered a Corned Beef, and Cooper Sharp hoagie, with the works. It was well made and delicious. I have found it hard, in recent years, to get a really good hoagie. This one was what I've been missing, and in search of. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Visiting from out of town stopped in to grab some hoagies to take back home and they did not
2 days in a row i order from them n they got my order wrong. i ordered a meat ball sub and a buffalo cutlet, didn’t get tht they gave me a cold cheesesteak. today i tried getting the meatball sub, i got it but it was cold n the cheese wasn’t
