Ordered a tray for 5pm delivery. I called store at 6pm since it still didn’t arrive. I was placed on hold for 20mins. Finally, phone person answered, I asked for manager. The owner got on the phone. Ordered dinner days ago for Super Bowl night. I have an office full of people to feed who are working. It was supposed to show up at 5pm. PrimoHoagies offers a variety of sandwiches, like the bada bing chicken cutlet with broccoli rabe. Customers enjoy the fresh bread but wish for more filling in their hoagies. Some have experienced issues with overcharging and incorrect orders, and service can be inconsistent. The bright atmosphere is somewhat marred by uncomfortable waiting times, and there have been reports of staff being distracted, such as one employee scrolling social media while ringing up customers. Despite these issues, the free parking behind the building is convenient. Overall, PrimoHoagies is considered decent for a quick meal, but there is room for improvement in order accuracy, portion sizes, and professionalism.
