I ordered online and received the wrong order. I ordered one sandwich. How do you mess that up?

The owner really need to train his staff on how to deal with the public. The female working the register at 6:45pm on 3/4/2024 is not who you want representing your company. I placed an order and my paid for my food. This person put the order in the system wrong and I was charged 20 dollars more than I should have. I brought it to her attention and her way of fixing it was to tell me to" come back tomorrow or just take what I put in the system". I'm sorry, but I'd rather have my refund. Her response than was " Well again, you will have to come back tomorrow or take what I put in the system, because I don't know how to refund. She than became angry with me for her mistake and was super rude about it. Maybe if she wasn't having facetime on her phone with her kids she'll be able to focus. Sadly, everyone there last night had no training on how to deal with the public, because someone should have calmed her down and helped her. I videoed her actions because I didn't want her to say I met her with negative energy. Even with this Primo Hoagies is close to me, I'll never step foot in that Primo's again.

It was OK. For $14 I would expect that my sandwich would not be 40% shredded lettuce. Bread was fresh. Also its wildly uncomfortable waiting for your sandwich in this place. It is so bright. Good in a pinch.

Great subs but very pricey for how much you get. Usually get a turkey and an Italian and it costs me almost $40!

THE LADY

I just got a corn beef & roast beef hoagie that was horrible it had like 2 slices of meat and the bread was hard & tough! Husband got a meatball sandwich that he said taste like dog food! We will not order again. The young lady who took my order was great tho!

We’d like to pick up from Primos. My favorite is the bada bing chicken cutlet with broccoli rabe. I wish they would put more broccoli rabe in the sandwich. I always enjoy the bread, always fresh..

I ordered on the phone a roast beef Diablo with hot peppers on the side.I did not receive my hot peppers neither did I get the Diablo spices which I asked for.This place seems to be going down hill no manager working today it seemed like all kids.

I did an online order with delivery, and was waiting for my food for over 2 hours. Every time I called the lady answering the phone put me on hold before I could say saying. Then when I finally talked to someone they said the delivery driver was out and she. He got back, my order would be delivered next. Then a hour later I called again and still no eta, but allegedly my food was still on the way!!!!

Placed order waited an hour and a half never showed up called store. They told me they did not have a driver and order was sitting there. may be a simple call to let somebody know this would've went a long way to have somebody wait not knowing what's going on, is very unprofessional Waited another 30 minutes then get a text message saying my order was canceled because they could not fulfill the delivery. Last time I ever order from this Primos again and I was a regular customer since they opened. This is not the first issue I had with them.

I was overcharged for 4 sandwiches when I ordered 3 sandwiches. I was supposed to get credit for overcharging me but that never happened even though I called a few minutes after leaving the building.
