I love your hoagies. They are the best. However, for the first time, my order was incorrect. I ordered a 9" hoagie and got a 6" hoagie. Also, my Italian hoagie did not contain the peppers I requested. I already settled up with Grubhub, but you should know someone is not doing his job correctly.
Placed an order for a hoagie tray a few days ago for a funeral luncheon for 1:15 pm delivery. Everything was running early so we called and asked if the delivery could be moved up to 12:45. We were told it wasn’t a problem. After several calls to the store our order finally arrived about 2:25. By this time the hoagies were warm, the Mayo was runny and disgusting and half the people had already left. No apology offered, no reason given. We will never use them again.
