We ordered online and picked up in the store. Great hoagies that were ready quickly.

Just purchased a hoagie from Primos at 6602 Frankford Ave, where I always go and when I get home, to my surprise, there’s hardly any meat on it. I’m basically eating bread. My daughter purchased as well and hers was packed. And what’s even more disappointing is that I’m stuck with it. Who’s wants to get in the car and drive all the way back? Do better Primos.

Have always ordered delivery, got someone on the phone who gave me misinformation, and told me I was supposed to pick up my order, that they haven’t done delivery in over a year, was told my money would be returned, was returned zero credit, and was charged 25.72 for chips and hoagie that was canceled and never

Just ordered through DoorDash and half way through my sandwich. I bite into a piece of hair. I look for more just in case and under the cheese there’s a long beautiful strand. Delicious.

Not flexible at all I placed an order thru grub hub marked it for pick up and wanted it delivered. Grub hub or primos could not accommodate me and I'm 40 buckets short. Very disappointed loyal customer for 10 yrs will never eat primos again

The sandwiches are good, but the prices are so ridiculous there is simply no excuse for it. At $13 starting price for a "primo size", I was expecting a sandwich packed like old school south Philly. Not so much. More like wawa, but in fairness better ingredients. A mini is $9, again, starting price. By the time you add in tax, then they want you to roundup for charity, then you are pressured for a tip (18, 20, 22% suggested) despite the fact this type of business has no servers, just hourly employees. I walked out feeling very taken advantage of, having ordered one mini and one primo size, and it cost me $26 having had to custom put in a smaller tip. I could have eaten lunch with my son in a local restaurant for less, and actually been served. Sure, nobody is making me go there, and nobody is making me tip. It is embarrassing to walk out of a place though, and I was honestly expecting a lot more for the money. Considering you are pressured for a tip before even getting your food, I wouldn't expect a great outcome hitting "no tip". There is 100% no chance I will be back again. Many excellent local privately owned sandwich shops exist that do not try to gank you for food.

By far one of the worst customer service experience front desk girl was rude as hell. The guy in the back making the sandwiches was throwing the Hoagies around when he was done with them, and they don't even clean the cutting machine after every sandwich or have different one for different meats or cheese they cut EVERYTHING IN THE SAME MACHINE so if you have any allergy too any dairy or meat products definitely do not recommend and on top of all that I feel that they were racist towards me will not be returning back.

My experience was not that good, young lady taking order was not friendly and thru my change in my hand. I will wait until I go to south Philly to get a hoagie where service is better. Ricci here I come.
