First time i ordered wings, i got BBQ and Hot wings, they were great, very good, second time i ordered they were alright not as good as the first time, then third time rolls around, and my wings were terrible, the hot ones were drenched in sauce and it was overfilling over the whole container, as if they dumped half the sauce bottle on it…and it had a weird taste and texture. Still the cheesesteak is very good, hits the spot everytime!

MOLD! DO NOT EAT FROM HERE! I ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak that comes with blue cheese. There’s a difference between blue cheese and mold. I’ve ordered from here before and never had this issue. You clearly can see in the photo there’s a greenish color to the blue. It was on the bread and meat.
Oddly there was blue cheese throughout but, this was the only area that looked like this.
Called back to speak to a manager was told a manger is never present and this will not be resolved.

The menu prices are unreasonably expensive. The food quality is lower leveled and the cashier's are highly un professional! They are not worth the risk you are going to take!

I ordered my 75yr old father a American hoagie. The gave me an American cheese hoagie no meats without clarifying what I wanted. It was an mix up on both ends but the customer service was horrible. They should of gave half off fir next time because of the mixup but they offered nothing. This is no way to treat a returned customer. But im glad to know where not to patronize again.

This place when I first moved here was a good place now all of a sudden the food is not fresh and it’s cold takes over an hour to even get your food call to let them know the food was cold and they said they don’t know what to tell me please used to be a real good place now it sucks don’t

The food is good its the attitude. The big girl clearly has a problem with people and is rude as hell for absolutely no reason. Her negative energy pollutes the atmosphere and adds to an awkward experience.

I tried to order a delivery the other day and the girl that answered the phone was a little rude because she told me they don't deliver to Oxford Village which is right down the street. I understand why they probably don't deliver there but I'm new to this area and she hung up before I could tell her I wanted to change it to a pickup instead.
