Such a super cute tea house! We came in for tea and dessert and loved everything — the atmosphere is cozy, the presentation beautiful, and the flavors spot on. It’s also really cool how you order right from your phone — the service is unbelievably fast. We were shocked twice: once when our order came out almost instantly, and again when I hit “checkout” and the check arrived in less than 5 seconds! The staff is warm and welcoming, and we can’t wait to come back soon for a full lunch.
$400 for a ‘private’ birthday where staff were rude, rushed us, let strangers in, served tiny portions, and even mocked us — completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
honestly really shocked and disgusted with my experience here. it was my friends BIRTHDAY and had the place “rented out” from 3-5 even though there was other customers in the restaurant which isn’t even the problem the problem was the servers acting like we were a bother to them or being an inconvenience for them. mind you we’re a party of 9 i’ve served 15 tops and never was such an air head to somebody especially on their special day. they rushed us the entire time and just made us feel like they wanted us out as soon as possible. it would make sense if you’re busy and needed to clear space.. but there was plenty of room? empty even honestly. they even mimicked and tried making fun of birthday girl in the kitchen. as if we can’t fully see them. so so weird and don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for good service or good anything. food ,drinks all mediocre.
Fast service and nice atmosphere. Its very private especially with the no contact ordering and the tea was flavorful. Best for longer, focused events like studying or chatting.
We’ve been here for 15 minutes and there are only two tables, but no one has helped us. Really disappointed with the service
Very cutesy and I really enjoyed everything. I got the brûlée trio and the black sesame one was soooo good. The rolls were great, drink was yummy but the milk foam didn’t really combine with the tea so much as chunk-ify. Still tasty though.
Their lava cake is 💯
I was here for a private event. The tea and food were pretty good.
Totally trash scam place! No service, food was not good~ barely no customers around and the servers still just stay at their server station doing nothing, and ask for tip never again
Very kind staff and great tea. They are were a little slow so u should set aside more time than u may think.

Absolutely wonderful tea house. Did brunch for my 12-year-old granddaughter, and she loved it! 😍 She and her friends were so impressed with the variety and presentation. We plan on going again 🤩
Wandered in here on accident, but got the fruit toast and honestly wasn't expecting a lot but it was GREAT. The outer crust was a little too dry but the toast itself was great and there was a good balance of fruit and ice cream on top. It was WAY bigger than I expected, so you can split it between two people because it's pretty heavy. Definitely want to come back and try new items!
I had a great experience here. Good tea and nice dessert. Beautiful atmosphere. We will come back for the high tea. Highly recommended!
I made reservations for 8 people on Sunday and specifically told the worker we were doing afternoon tea. It took them over an hour to bring the food out, most of the items are pre-made so I'm not sure why it took so long. They also ran out of scones, which is a main component of afternoon tea. They let us substitute it with another dessert; I chose the milk toast. The worker continuously gave attitude towards everyone, not to mention there's a 20% gratuity added for larger parties and a $38 spend minimum. I thought that was outrageous, I would understand a $20 minimum but almost $40 for cake and tea?? The sweets were good I will admit, not too sweet which is the best. The lavender tea was exceptional as well. the 'sandwiches' were pretty lackluster. The interior is charming and elegant. If the service was better and they didn't run out of food it could've been a 5 stars but I probably won't return to this location.
10/10
I used to regularly go to this restaurant and I’m so sad that I can’t go as often anymore! The service was always amazing and the food was always great! The price is fairly cheep and it’s one of the best desert spots in Philly hands down ! If you’re thinking of coming stop thinking and go !! You will not be disappointed! Perfect for a day out , date night , hanging out with friends and taking photos!
