ok so, service was EXTREMELY slow. They just had one waitress. She was trying her best to manage the whole restaurant by herself....about 17 tables. Not okay. Tea is top tier though. Afternoon tea food was a C+. Definitely wasn't worth the $62 in total for 2 people. Including tax but excluding the tip. When you gather all the food it will fit on one small plate with a bit of space. Not fulfilling. More of a snack. My suggestion would be to add more hearty savory items to offer a fulfilling experience or find a fair price. This is truly overpriced for the quality, quantity and location. Oh and because the waitress was so overwhelmed, there were about 4 tables that hadn't been cleaned off and were filled with used dishes when we walked in... not professional at all. I was truly disappointed. I hope the quality increases because this is cool concept and tea is top tier. Do not go hungry.

Cute tea shop with so many yummy Asian inspired desserts!! We got the sweet potato crepe cake (so yummy)!! I got a pot of oolong tea and my friend got boba. Everything came out fast, was delicious and very high quality! Prices were great I was expecting way higher! Such a cute shop, I would like to come back for high tea :)

This is a pleasant little tea shop. The food was surprisingly good and the tea was even better. This, coming from someone that doesn’t even drink much tea. The workers leave you alone to enjoy your time there but are still pretty quick to clean up your table when the time is right. The washroom is even great, likely one of the best public washrooms I’ve ever seen. Just watch out for the step at the front door, there isn’t a sign to watch your step and it’s easy to trip there.

This place was a nice coincidence because I was waiting to enter a restaurant nearby and we decided to go for tea, the place is small and cozy, I liked how quiet and illuminated, the service is pleasant, the girls are attentive and fast, the prices are according to what you order and you can be at peace among all the noise of the city. Super recommended for an afternoon with friends ???

I took my tea loving friend here for her birthday. We had the Afternoon Tea which included pastries, unique tea sandwiches and a pot of tea for each of us. I had English toffee milk tea and she had Lavender milk tea. I also ordered some fries and Chicken egg rolls (I was hungry lol). Everything was amazing and a very nice atmosphere. 10/10 we will be back!

I would not suggest coming to this location as it always has a long wait. I Came at 1:40 and didn’t get seated until 3:00pm we were told it wouldonly be 30 mins. Everything else was good. Waitresses were nice.

The desserts and teas were great, but the service was very subpar.... The girl working the counter was friendly, but very disorganized, forgetful, and kept making a bunch of mistakes. I want to assume that she was a new hire since I saw a sign that they were hiring, but someone definitely should have been helping her/she definitely needed more training or something. Not all her fault, but other staff should have been helping her.
The place and concept is cute. The execution left a lot to be desired. We had a reservation for 8, they initially set us at 2 tables and we were not able to enjoy the company of everyone. Once we were all seated together, the service was extremely slow. The Teas were very good. The food that comes with the tea was good. The extra food on the menu is horrible.

It was pretty good. The presentation was nice and I like that you get unlimited tea refills for 2 hours. Overall the staff was nice and they accommodated my request to make the high tea finger sandwiches vegetarian. The tea flavors were tasty. Idk if just kinda kills me to pay $55 for tea and snacks tho. The entrance has a couple steps up and is not accessible.Vegetarian options: All the sandwiches for high tea have meat, but they were able to accommodate my request to make it vegetarian

Afternoon High tea place with mesmerizing ambience and atmosphere. We tried their Afternoon Tea experience that comes with finger sandwiches, scones, desserts and two types of teas with unlimited refills. Their cucumber sandwiches were scrumptious while the avocado ones lacked flavor (could use a bit of salt and pepper). Their scones were absolutely delicious paired with the whipped butter and jam!! A great place to go with your friends and family.

I have to this many times now. A must visit place! Ambiance is very cute. Every desserts are worth trying. Their tea collection is so good. Their plating and even their crockery is Instagram worthy.
