Terrible and I mean TERRIBLE service. I had a reservation for inside and they said they were too booked so they stuck us outside, in December in 30°. I thought it was okay because they had a nice cabin outdoor seating but the cabin is not heated at all. The hostess was insanely rude, the waiter was rude, and the food was average (also cold). Overrated Instagram spot at best.

Edit: they said they would reach out to me 3 WEEKS ago and never did.

Some jawn sitting next to me harassed the bartender for 15 minutes about his bar tab--a tab for drinks he himself had ordered. The bartender was professional and patient, despite the unreasonable demands by the patron. Pizza is good. Atmosphere is great. Philly people: unsavory.

Bartender-gives me a tab 4 drinks
Me- we’re seperate
B- no you 4 are together
M- no we’re not
B-… comes back with same priced tab with 2 drinks instead.
Insert manager that says this espresso hornitos is 22$ each manager said he wouldn’t feel comfortable giving his name

Definitely the best pizza I have had in years. Pepperoni and pickled peppers - delicious. Service is outstanding. We had a reservation but our table was still occupied for a while. The staff was apologetic and checked in with us often. After we were seated, we received an order of their amazing Caesar salad complimentary. This was not necessary but truly appreciated. Lovely people running a wonderful restaurant. Looking forward to returning.

From the very first moment when we’ve entered the restaurant and were greeted by a very nice and welcoming host, thru a delicious dinner, to the very nice service provided by Justin, everything was great. The portions were not huge, the prices were right, so we’ve had a chance to try few different items from the menu. Next time I visit Philly I’ll be back.

STAY AWAY! this place is a disgrace. I went into the restaurant with my friend who is in a wheelchair. My friend offered to buy every patron a drink due to him being in a wheelchair. The workers told him to GET OUT and that they would not serve him. They also told him that they NO LONGER WERE SERVING DRINKS. When my friend came out of the restaurant and told me what happened I went inside. When I went in I was approached by Connor. I asked him could I purchase drinks. I was told that I could and that drinks were being served. I then told Connor that I found it interesting that I can get a drink but my friend who is handicap could not. I was then told by Connor that i could not be served and that I had to leave. We did not cause a disturbance in the restaurant. I wrote a detailed message to the manager Justin who witnessed the visceral racism and discrimination unfold. I also reached out to the owner Michal Schulson...NO RESPONSE!!!! DOOOO NOT patronize this place if you are black or brown because you will be treated with total ignorance from the staff. They hire people that think that this behavior is ok. It must be the culture for Prunella and all the restaurants under The Schulson Collective brand. If i could give in negative ratings It would receive -5 stars from me. I will never support the Schulson Collective Brand.

Hidden gem in center city! My friends and I couldn't decide what to get so we split caesar salad, meatballs, and two pizzas. Everything came out great. The pizza really stood out to me since it was perfectly cooked. There weren't many meatballs in the dish but they were great.
