But I have to say — I’m writing this review because I have never had better service!! Go to Prunella’s for DEVON — he is hilarious and so friendly and made us feel comfortable right away! The food is so satisfying ... The happy hour with this economy is happiness (drinks/food/pizza) ... My buddies and I went 2 days in row ... V took care of us, I forget everyone's, name but great staff. Outside is more relaxed dining /conversation with friends vibe... Inside can get a little crowded. Try the birds and bees ... While you wait for your pizza.

I've come here twice and the food and service have been excellent both times. The food is freshly cooked, taken out as soon as it’s ready and delicious. I’ve tried from the happy hour menu to regular menu and everything has been 10/10. Last time I came my server Jared was Amazing. Extremely attentive, very helpful and super nice. We were sat outside and he came by many times without me having to ask for him and checked up on us and asked if we needed anything. He even apologized for the wait on our appetizer (which I thought wasn't even a long wait) and spoke with his manager who comped a dessert. Definitely the best server I’ve had in a long time. I definitely recommend anyone coming to center city to stop here and eat !! And ask for Jared if you want exceptional service !!

I met two of my girlfriends here for a Friday night dinner. Our server Devon welcomed us warmly and went through the menu with us. It took at least 5 minutes for him to talk about the menu which is pretty short. We ordered drinks and dinner and said we might order more and he said there's dessert so to save room.
The apps came quickly and it took 30 minutes to get another round of drinks after the first. The pizza we ordered took 20 minutes. When we were done our dinner, we asked to order another round of drinks and dessert and Devon told us we had to leave because others were waiting for a table. We only had been there for an hour - arrived at 7:30 and paid at 8:30. This was extremely unwelcoming, unprofessional, and we had a reservation so there was no need to rush us out. I will never be dining here again.

Great brunch spot to catch up with friends! 😊 It can get pretty busy on weekends, so I’d recommend making a reservation. The service was amazing and our server was super nice and attentive the whole time. The food was pretty good, nothing mind-blowing but still solid. I also got a few mocktails which were refreshing . It's nice to see good non-alcoholic options on the menu! 🥂

We made a last-minute reservation and were able to get right in. We started with the Ricotta appetizer and it was incredible. Didn't think it could get any better but we were absolutely blown away with how great the pizza and pasta was. Service was quick and very attentive, especially considering that we were on the patio. Sometimes you can be overlooked when youre outside. The patio was nice too considering how busy the location is. The noise wasnt overbearing and the walls gave you a great deal of privacy. We'll be back again!
