From walking in the place was busy and tight then when I being walked to my table to hear let’s go outside to get to my table and it’s in the cold to eat I instantly was puzzled no heat lamps I go use the bathroom to come back to hear we need a card on file since it’s the end of the year and I looked like just a excuse to not say so people don’t run out on the check to then place my order to be told your food will not be hot since it is windy outside I had many reasons to just up to leave but being as those im a food critic and was currently working 😂 couldn’t do that so I sucked up and ordered . I ordered three items of the menu The spicy ceaser salad with chicken let’s start with over all presentation 10/10 but then the disappointment came directly after I begin to eat. The salad was just dry to the point if you had no water or a beverage to wash it down you will choke so i add to ask for extra dressing of course and extra charge I chose the extra $2 instead of choking on my food now let’s get to the eye candy of the salad the chicken presentation was 10/10 of course that rating went down as soon as I took a bite the taste was just bland chicken was dry no moisture it was just breading and chicken no seasoning in the breading or the chicken so overall since people rave about this salad being 10/10 I say 3.5/10 . Next item was the meatballs presentation was 10/10 taste wise I would say 5/10 nothing to rave about then the piece of resistance was the lasagna now as soon as you get it’s burnt so 7/10 for presentation the noodles are just pesto lasagna noodles now let’s get to the taste it was okay but wouldn’t recommend it it’s just cheese and some short rib just slapped on the layers and it’s only two layers so definitely horrible dish. After tasting everything I just wanted to leave I asked for the bill you ever just look at your bill and want to talk to a manager like what exactly am I paying for when your food is horrendous I just paid it and left . Overall experience was 1/10 i won’t be going back and having to right in my food column on the New York Times that this restaurant is completely horrible is sad to say but has to be done because at this point customers are just paying your rent for you having the space to keep the restaurant

I had the whipped ricotta and spicy Caesar salad with chicken. The ricotta was more grainy than I'd like and the salad was bland. The chicken is not seasoned at all.

I asked for a pizza spatula and the server told me they didn’t have one and to “eat it with your hands like a normal person” then I heard her and the bartender talking about us because we had changed our minds about the drinks we ordered…

Pizza was fine, but the Beet salad…Good presentation, but the size of the beet chunks are awkward, also under cooked imo...The flavors are unbalanced. The bitterness of the radicchio is exacerbated by the poor ratio of orange to beet to radicchio it's like 1:8:8 ? The pepita butter is underwhelming. Fix that stuff and pair it with a dressing that has a bright citrus flavor and a fruity olive oil(maybe just OJ, EVO, and salt/pepper. Also, the service could be better. There are cultural difference between manners and social etiquette in the NE and the south, regardless think it's very rude that 2 different servers bumped into my chair but neither addressed it or said excuse me (I was seated in the foot path)But i know how to navigate my workplace without running into my coworkers' desks, because I pass by x times a day.... i only addressed it the 2nd time and it didn't happen again

My waiter was so rude to me today it took him 10 whole minutes to get me a water and the menu despite serving other people right in front of me. I had to ask him for water and a menu. He barely checked in on me In fact his partner seemed more attentive towards me than he was . I don't know if it's because I don't fit the aesthetic of those that eat there but I am 100% capable of paying the bill if that was a concern of his. I am not satisfied with the service that I received at prunella and when I mentioned it to the manager she seemed to be unapologetic and even sarcastic. I will not be dining here anymore. This was a $50 experience down the drain ! 👎

Lunch before thanksgiving. Perfect stop during our walk. Sat outside and it was wonderful! Tyler was great and suggested the Queen Bee pizza and spicy Caesar salad! Excellent choices! All was delicious

Delicious options. Pizza is good. Octopus was tasty, as were the meatballs.
But let me tell you what the best part of Prunella was - the dedication our server Vee had to us always having water in our glass. Give this woman a raise!

Staff was nice, cute tiny space inside. We sat outside. Very elegant place , just was not what we were looking for at the moment. Everything was good, not a fan of the spaghetti with marinara sauce. Much Rockefell

A charming little spot with cozy vibes. We grabbed a table this time, though next visit I’ll definitely aim for a seat at the bar — it just feels like the heart of the place. The pizza is absolutely outstanding and alone makes the visit worthwhile. Sadly, the plates seem to lean on heat to mask a lack of deeper flavor. Still, hats off to the bartender for crafting top-notch drinks that truly hit the mark.

Got the Big Nick pizza for take out. It was absolutely delicious. The crust was thin and crisp. Good about of mushrooms and cheese. Great flavors. Good size for price. Overall, loved the pizza. The interior looks beautiful and the menu looks good. Can't wait to try dine in next time.
