Catered from them for my daughter’s birthday party and everything was amazing. Food was very well cooked and juicy. Staff was very nice and helped put the trays of food into our car because everything was still fresh and hot. Would definitely recommend using then for your next event… I know we will!

We had PTG Catering for our wedding at The Highlands Mansion 10.19.24
Probably one of the most affordable caterers we came across and was among the list of vendors Dana from The Highlands provided us. Their sit-down dinner included pasta, salad, and entree. You also can choose 9 appetizers for cocktail hour as well as coffee/tea and assorted sweets. They can provide staff, linens, glasses, mixers, etc. It sounded like everyone we spoke with at our wedding enjoyed their meals and what was served at cocktail hour! Very much trusted Gil and his great cooking, but I did feel the staff day-of was slow at times and also not the best at communicating. But it didn’t ruin the night. Important note- we provided the alcohol.

We are an out of town couple, and Gil was wonderful to work with. The food was delicious and the desserts were beautiful. The staff was kind and professional. The table settings were great... we had no complaints!

We used Gil and PTG for our wedding a few years ago. After we tasted the appetizers, he had us come back because he had new appetizers to try. Then the food and service at our wedding was so good that people were full before they had the final course. Plus the costs were much more reasonable than other caterers we tried.In addition to our wedding, I had Gil's food at a few other receptions and it was exceptional. I strongly recommend you use him for your catering needs. 10/10.
