DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If it’s not a Headliner you’re familiar with or known comedians, don’t bother. The host Fineissica was sooo Drunk she could barely speak and pronounce the comedians names. I was so excited to take my fiancé here for his birthday and it turned into an epic fail. I’m convinced him and many others forced themselves to laugh out of empathy for the dead silence. Room full of people and they only had 2 waitresses. Other reviews already said enough about the 2 drink minimum but on top of that, the food isn’t good. Come here if you want to waste your time and money.
The comics are good at this venue. The staff is friendly. But sometimes it takes forever to get a drink once you are seated at your table.
See a show here!
A really nice comedy club. Very intimate spot. Seemingly, not a bad seat in the venue. VIP wasn't particularly unique, but it did give you Some question and answer from the comedian. Decent portions bar food. Drinks were on the pricey side. J. Summers was the comedian. Expensive parking, $25
Punchline Philly fell short of my expectations, especially for a medium-range venue. The most frustrating aspect was the bar directly outside the stage entrance. We decided to grab some drinks before the show, which started 5 minutes later. After spending $60 on two vodka lemonades, which was already excessive, I approached the door with my drink. To my surprise, the hostess informed me that the drinks I had just purchased didn’t count towards the 2-drink minimum per person. This was absurd, considering the same drink menu and bar were available once we entered the venue. Why wasn’t this information clearly communicated before people made their purchases? Had I known I’d be spending $160 on four drinks and two waters, I wouldn’t have bought them before entering. This experience felt predatory and dishonest, and I won’t be returning to Punchline Philly.
Was on a short trip and got to make a show here. Amazing venue! Will come back if I’m in the area again
Natalie, Micky and Diego - you made our night 💜
I was here recently for the Moth and this was my least pleasant experience at Punchline. It was absolutely freezing inside the venue, everyone had their winter coats on during the whole show. I understand a comedy club’s drink prices are going to be more than the average but $14 for a can of Stateside Seltzer is insane. The food was cold and it took a while for a server to acknowledge us after we sat down. I want to continue seeing shows here but this recent visit soured the venue for me.
A cosy little comedy venue with noteable guests. The two drink minimum is reasonable, but the cocktails can be hit or miss. The food, however, is awesome. A fun night out if you want to do something a little different. 👍✨
When we visited we saw dale Elliot and he was super funny and very entertaining! We loved it!

Shoe was great food and drink great.. Parking HORRIBLE!!!+ I purchased reserved parking and could not find thr lot there was no signage and also no address on the parking ticket that I purchased. I had to pay another $25 and parking somewhere else since we had no idea where the parking for Punchline was after driving around for 20 minutes
Descent performance space for stand up comedy. Biggest problem was value. As opposed to many other spots in the city, it seems you can't get away with spending less than 125 per person here even on a weekday. Drinks are overpriced for what they are. And they try to cram 4 people onto a table that is maybe big enough for 2. Also, food items were ultra low grade. Like even a food cart would beat the things they served.
Great venue!
Helium is better
Its okay. Pretty eh for the price and getting in and out was a pain and I am pretty sure I paid for parking and then couldn't find it and was lucky some other place took it
