Sweetest staff ever! Their payment machine was down and they still gave me my order! Food was fresh, service was quick and it was clean!

I just did a delivery for 2 bowls . Asked for Guacamole on both and got none on either… I just don’t understand how is it written on both lids but no where to be found! Certain toppings make the bowl taste better and unfortunately without the guacamole the bowl wasn’t to my liking!

Food is solid. My problem is the portions. It varies worked to worker but they couldn’t be stingier with everything. Just went today and payed 17 dollars for a bowl with extra protein and they guy first gave me what should have been a regular portion of steak after I payed extra 3 dollars. Then he proceeded to give me barely any of each topping. 17 dollars for a bowl a kid could finish. My previous expierence a worker gave me attitude for asking her for more beans. She said “I don’t like to go back” meaning she didn’t like walking the two feet back to where the beans were. I will NEVER be returning to this location as they are not respectful to customers and they are the stingiest people I have ever seen in this style of restaruant.

I think I ate here in Philadelphia prior to attending an event where I otherwise would have ate at a Wendy's. Much better option for future reference. Was as satisfying as any other burrito chain I've been to.

Good Qdoba near a college, clean dining room.

Doors were locked during normal store hours. Workers were sitting/eating/talking. There were no signs on the door. No nothing.

My normal Qdoba order $ 11-13..ooh no, not near temples campus its $15+…how can yall charge for chips? Isn’t that the whole gimmick? Does corporate know? Lol 😩😂 I doubt that I would ever come back to this location again

Girls at the front today 12/13/24 at 1:15 extremely rude . No staff corrected or directed her . She extremely nasty attitude and a completely bad look on the brands customers service ! So unsatisfied .

Would recommend going in the afternoon. The afternoon staff are more friendlier and gives normal amount of food. The morning staff be having attitudes, and gives you a small amount of food. Basically a kids portion of food.

It smelled bad in there first off… None of the employees were happy to be there… on top of that nothing in the stationary was filled. My bowl like like 3 pieces of pinto of beans and chicken crumbs ? and when I asked for more cause there was nothing I got charged for extra… I don’t mind paying extra if the portions were correct to begin with. Chiptole might’ve skimped but this place committing highway robbery. It’s not very demure. Not very mindful.
